darkstar Posted October 4, 2005 Hi all I’m new around here, so don’t have much to offer yet, but here thay are anyway, I’m chiefly interested in trading, and would consider some wicked chillies or anything really, am open to suggestions, just PM me. Seeds available for trade: Ricinus communis: Castor Plant Castor Morinda citrifolia: Noni fruit Tamarindus indica: Tamarind fruit Areca catechu: Betel nuts* Plants available for trade: Utricularia sp: Bladderwort (2 types don’t know the species) Groundnuts: Arachis pintoi Arachis kretschmer Arachis hypogaea Arachis stenosperma Arachis aff. paraguariensis Arachis paraguariensis subsp. capabarensis Arachis glabrata Arachis triseminata Commercial cultivar of Sugar Cane *The Areca catechu palm that I source the nuts from is huge and impossible to scale consequently all nuts are collected once fallen, so might take some time to collect if you want like six or more. Freaky Chicken Posted October 5, 2005 Hey, I identified the bladderworts for you!! The main one that you get from the river is Utricularia australis, Its the big one that forms large mats of vegetation. The smaller growing one is U. gibba which was introduced from America. If you need any more help on taxonamy of the plants up there, I can give you a hand. :D
