-RC- Posted April 25, 2017 I reckon it will be sooner than that, but I would've liked the author to go on to talk about the ramifications for bordering states when one legalises and the other doesn't. Colorado recently cut back the personal plant limit from 99 to 12 because of the very real potential for grey market weed being sold on to sister states. The more generic the better when it comes to legislation would seem sensible to me.
Yeti101 Posted April 25, 2017 Agree it was OK, but no discussion of how to deal with the 'But the UN/Single Convention on Narcotics' category of negotiations - we need a 'boring and normal' way to deal with those too.
