Psychotria Leaf Droop

Recommended Posts

Hi:)

Could anyone please help i have 4 psychotria Nexus and ,an Alba where the leaves are no longer spread out ,but pointing down,

I did overheat my greenhouse a few weeks ago but im not sure that is the cause,i dont know if its a ph level problem as i have to buy a meter,or if the issue is caused by something else.

Would anyone else have any experience with this?

Very much appreciated

Mine like high humidity. Is your grow space dry or humid? Are the leaves still rigid but drooping, or soft and flexible.

I'd place them into a humid environment and not water, yet keep an eye on the medium. I rarely water mine. Light mist now and then.

Hi mate

Humidity varies ,but the greenhouse is under a carport so it tends to be about 10-15% higher than outside,i would say it varies between 50-70% in daylight hours

I left the greenhouse closed in direct sunlight about a fortnight ago accidently so temps may have got close to 50%,so im thinking maybe this is a delayed reaction to damage, but im not sure, all 5 plants have the same issue.

Hey mate,, could be a variety of things. I've learnt where I am I have to keep mine in bottles or large plastic transparent tubs, with the lid slightly cracked open. It's a really high humidity and stable temp environment. They are in my car port also with filtered arvo sun.

It could just be shock also. And they'll come back to their happy selves.
