Legality of importing Argemone Mexicana extract?

Hi folks, I'm new to these forums, actually this is my first post! Have really enjoyed all the great info. Just wondering if there are any import restrictions on Argemone mexicana extract, have noticed it in koda, but interested in sourcing a bulk quantity. (If it is indeed legal, naturally )
