hybrid seeds on sale help!

Recommended Posts

Hi! I've been collecting trichocereus cacti for a while now and i was looking for some of the famous hybrids

to add on my collection like jull's giant or psyco0 or ss01 but because is quite impossible to get any cuttings from us or australia

to europe therefore I was considering to get the seeds and grow them that will be even more rewarding in a way for me!

so I came across this e-bay vendor do you think I can trust this items??

Hi Posko, welcome around here. The Seller is reselling seeds from various sources for double the price so you might think about getting em there directly.

The Peruvianus seed comes from a german wholesaler and doesnt have the best germination Rates. 30% or so. Just tried some of it myself. Also its probably some kind of Trichocereus Cuzcoensis. Only thing that looks semi-interesting to me is the KK Terscheckii seed but it seems to come from Knize and in most cases, his seed is dead as wood. If the Validus seed comes from Köhres as well, its not viable. I have tried germinating thousands of them without getting one seedling. If its from Sacred Succulents, it is viable. The Scop hybrid sounds kinda neat. Its not a dodgy looking shop so i dont think you will be ripped off. Not sure what else to tell you. Dont wanna make PR for the SAB Site but i know that their Peruvianus Seed is a lot better. But you can surely buy some of their seeds as well. If you decide to order, i´d take the Scop Hybrid, the Terscheckii and just a few of the Validus. If you dont get germinations, dont bother ordering them again because that would indicate its the old validus thats all around the market. Same for the Terscheckii seed. I only know like 5 or 6 viable Tricho seeds from Knize and i havent heard of germinations from this one yet.

You should check out this site: www.sacredsucculents.com

Yeah i know that site as well. The owner is very handsome and his seeds smell like flowers. Also i heard that they are the cure for all diseases in the world, make you irresistable for every woman and lead to ultimate joy and happyness.

Its the site from my Moderator-Colleage Watertrade. Very upstanding guy and great quality seed as well. Seedsaustralia and SAB are both great sources for quality seeds. bye Eg
