Jonstn Posted February 9, 2012 There was at least 5 fruit to a pad so I was just taking the pads off, figured if they needed some more ripening time they could take what they need from the pad. I read if you keep them in the cupboard for about 5 days they'll fully ripen, then they have a 2-3 day shelf life in the fridge, can freeze them indefinitely Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
