help is this rot

gday I just bought this cutting and noticed the black and a bit of mould at the end and when I cut it it went around 30mm deep is this rot?

thanks for any help as this has me a bit vexed

Looks like it. Id cut that end off a few centimetres up from the rotted part, just to make sure it doesnt spread, and keep it somewhere dry to callous up again

ugh... yeah man keep cutting till you cant see it no more, shocking that would be posted to you in such a condition herbalistics? a nice plant the MG redspine.

Indeed they are :drool2: Its a shame the spines dont stay red (the bottom ones go white after a while)

Rot removed and problem solvered!

Cheers for the help peeps. Got in contact and they were really helpful got a full refund straight away and only really lost 50mm, twas a bit of a downer to my morning but it was FIXED UP promptly and now I can get another one :lol:

so alls well that ends well and my garden grows
