The first one is a Cereus. The second one is a Trichocereus but would need to see a better shot to tell you for sure which type. Looks like a pachanoi of some sort though (possibly what is reffered to as 'true' pachanoi...or maybe a short spined peruvianus or something).

Not a Trichocereus in these shots yet.

In the original photos it looked like the tall thin one was an etiolated part growing of a fat stump, which I took to be a trich, but now I can see they are different plants and the shorter one isn't as fat as it looked.
