amen-ra Posted August 5, 2007 Hello guys !!! im only new here,my name is Amen-ra I have been looking through this forum and it seems obvious that u guys are well educated . A while ago i purchased a beautiful lophophora cluster,which came to me with rotten roots...which was sad to see as we adore our plants. my wife and myself were given a semi large collection a few years ago and thought we would like to add to it... we dont want to buy through ebay again, just wondering if anyone here knows of someone that specialises in growing and selling lophophora (looking for something large) cheers Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

tonic Posted August 5, 2007 Don't think T sells Loph plants anymore does he? Urbantribes are not operating at the moment and it is very rare to find any on SnS. If you're after older, larger lophophora your best bet might be joining the NSW Cactus and Succulent Society, where they often have lots of beautiful plants to observe and occasionally the chance to buy. shruman Posted August 6, 2007 Happy Cadaver (darcy) has 4 yr old flowering L. williamsi white flower, I can atest they are very nice plants, not the biggest but great starters. With swapnsell u could have the same potential probs as with ebay, its basicaly a free evilbay for the EB community. But I wouldnt dismiss either yet, the trick with SNS or evilbay are to find reliable sellers which can b tricky but when u do its a god sent. A great seller I can reccomend on evilbay & SNS is dugra1980,awesome plants & always very eager to help. u could always grow seeds or puchase small plants & graft them & in no time u could have a garden full of what u seek.
