Infinitee Posted June 30, 2006 Dirty ol' Man, you negate the value of lighter fluid/matches! Hehe, none of those species ring the randomest of bells, naja. Yet nowhere near the majority of acacia species is likely to have been tested for dmt (likely smaller amounts than phleb of maiden, but whose fussy? ). By all means, burn away. naja naja Posted July 2, 2006 O.K. I burn tested 3 species. Two introduced and one native. #1: A.pulchella, Green bark, smelled nice straight off bush, like watermelon. Burn test smelled sweet and pleasant, but certainly not reminiscent of burnt plastic. #2 Unidentified(i'll take a photo), weedy in nature, long leaves only growing to a small shrub. Smell of leaf was like clorophyll. Burnt it smelled nice, with a hint of normal burning bush smell. #3 I planted, from local nursery, has roots that smell of onion and composite leaves. Smelled of bush smoke when burnt.Photo coming soon.
