Hi folks. I received this Doboisia myoporoides as a cutting from Shaman-Australis in early Spring (US). It was basically just a stick which easily rooted and is now a very nice specimen. I have a few questions which somebody may be able to answer. When does D. myoporoides generally flower? Is this species self-fertile? I have the excellent Flora of Australia, Vol 29, Solanaceae but this resource doesn't answer these questions. If you look at the attached image, there are two small branches at the bottom of the trunk that are perfect candidates for cuttings. Should I take normal stem cuttings or go for air layering? I have some D. hoopwoodi seedings growing and am looking to generate a few D. myoporoides cuttings for rootstock.

I am going on a plant hunt for a school assignment which requires me to pick 5 plants from the same Family and identify these plant to the species level using keys. I live in SE Melb and was wondering if anyone knows of Solanaceae members I could go out and collect, within driving distance dont think im willing to go further than south gippsland/gippsland. Apparently D. Stramonium or inoxia are out there. I already have a Brugmansia sanguinea which I collected from a neighbour's garden and another brug yet to be identified on the way. Can anyone help me find a few more samples?
