    You bastards have got me all hungry for smoked meat :-)

     

    I have been messing around with a cheap bullet smoker for a couple of years now. To tell the truth, it needs to be replace but i cant bear throwing it out.

     

    I have cooked a couple of briskets, beef ribs, pork ribs but pulled pork has to be my favorite.

    @Gimli 15kgs of brisket is going to take you a good 12hrs to cook. Your going to need alot of beverage.

     

    Heres the pork scotch i pulled for xmas. It was rubbed and smoked it over carcoal and apple wood for 9hrs. I wrapped it about the 6hr mark

    If you forget about that whole thing, the germans are alright by me. Their porn is a bit aggressive for my likings but i will let that slide.

    I have never fused acacia's and i doubt it would transfer anything from one variety to another but its alway fun to have a few gardening experiments around the yard.

     

    Ive had some luck using cable ties to hold three plant together until they have fused

    love that tubey raw sound , just bought a new zoom effects pedal thingy so hopefully it's built in tube will help me find that crunchy chunky rude sound.

    Give the new live album a listen, it got me back into them in a big way. 

    Jims tone is awesome, i wish i had a telecaster and a orange rockerverb.
