Because i work night shift i often find on my days of i have trouble sleeping at night. On these night i can be found out in the veggie garden at strange hours of the night, working by torch light. The people next door must thinks theres something suspect going on. Is there anyone else like this or is it just me?

A easy recipe i use for home made ice cream is: 4 cups of cream 1 can of sweetened condensed mild 1 vanilla bean Mix it all up and put it in a freeze proof bowl and freeze. If you dont take it out of the freezed to stir it regularly, the ice cream will form large ice cristels through it and will not be smooth. You could add any fruit to mixture i guess but ive never tried myself
