  1. ill say again, its not a puppy.

    anything happened?

i have to agree with the negative to calling the police...

I've known people to get locked up there for weeks just cos they got arrested while peacefully tripping on shrooms

ive seen that happen a few times, hence i say take the lad to a hospital, they will call the cops but atleast they have MEDICAL AUTHORITY. IE the coppers cant just ditch him in a ward if the emergency room staff are saying he needs treatment.

Sad fact of the matter is that it is possibly already too late for the sod. if he has gone too long without treatment for whatever is effecting the bugger then any potential damage could be irreversible.

SHIT i mean even calling a radio station thats local would be better than nothing. i mean, IF he is a missing person, he will have more chance of being found by those looking for him if he is on the street as opposed to inside someones flat.

unless of course you put up signs round the neighborhood, like you do when you find a lost pet.....

dont get me wrong, all praises of human kindness to you and your friend for helping a stranger that most people would have not even thought of giving a second look, you both deserve a commendation for that IMHO, but seriously...

  2. i would have gone hospital straight away. Police would take him there when they found they couldnt get any sense from him, i mean the lad obviously needs medical attention.

kudo's on the kindness of strangers, but get the dude to a hospital. they will assess him then contact the police.

EDIT - we are talking about a human right? not a lost puppy?

  3. Ask yourselves this... Why does every piece of paper to do with money, debt, government, bills, Credit Cards, licences and passports etc have ur name in all capital letters??? When u get a fine, it's all caps. Check it out.

    Namaste

not true, ive got some bills, government issued cards and paperwork right here in front of me with lower case writing for my name... with credit cards its a matter of legibility, IE lower case lettering is harder to read and imprint accurately onto the card, so the powers that be stay with upper case.

  4. thank MOST kindly for sharing that, ive had a fascination with sapo for a few years now. its great to read something with substance behind it.

HUGE thanks :D sounds an intense experience no doubt.

personally i would think having something to purge from oneself might be beneficial to the experience. it certainly would allow the body to release the toxins much quicker, maybe leading to the end result quicker?

  5. one can now import bag of Dragibus (tho i always called it drugibuzz) from France. Made by the pharmaceutical company haribo and Aussie customs appear to not care about it?!?!?!??WTF??

also i read that it wasnt oil or WMD's the Bush Jr was looking for, but infact was Dragibus. so many field's of it burnt up :( its soooo sad.

Id be careful when buying from Haribo, apparently they use a genetically enhanced strain of D.curiousa and its mixed with artificial colours and flavours to enhance their product. taste better IMHO than the flavourless stuff but one has to wonder about long term effects like sterility, delusions of grandeur and the growth of a second opposable thumb.

  6. nah the botanical gardens are too far out of town. newcastle meet not a hunter meet lmao.

and farmeroz your from the terrance? lol. nasty, i grew up in medowie, other side of the dam.

  7. Yeah but in the meantime you guys from newie should all come to the central coast meet see the thread in news and notices ,

why dont you guys from Central come up here for the Newcastle meet? lmao

id be more able to make a Newcastle meet, my lady in final stages of pregnancy and i cant go too far away from her. could have a meet at a beach or baths, or to be near flowers civic or king edward park.

its been long overdue, we gotta start getting our own together.

  8. A man found with a stash of ecstasy tablets he insisted were birth control pills for his dog has had his argument thrown out in court.

Steven James Dwyer, 48, was convicted in the Darwin Magistrates Court of two charges of drug possession after the judge ruled his account was not "reasonable", the Northern Territory News reports.

While pleading guilty to the first count of possessing methamphetamine, Dwyer told the court the second charge of possession 70 ecstasy tablets was not for personal use but to stop his pet shar-peis from breeding.

He told the court he got the pills from another dog owner he met at a laundromat who told him the tablets were handy for canine birth control.

"We chatted about them. Where he got them ... we kept talking about dogs and how he bred her," Dwyer said.

"And then we talked about his female coming on heat."

Dwyer, a father-of-four, said the man gave him the pills after explaining his dog had recently been desexed.

But the judge rejected his reasoning after hearing how Dwyer had been intercepted in his car by police carrying 23.5g of ecstasy and 5g of methamphetamine.

The court also heard he had recently split up with his wife and had gone through a tough time at work.

Dwyer was handed a two-month suspended sentence.

  9. i love the ol jiffy pots. i use them to germinate most seeds for ease of transplant. not sure how they would go with p.somn but id cant see why it wouldnt be a nice medium provided one keeps it moist.

P.som transplant might work with the jiffy pots provided it is planting the jiffy pot itself into a bigger pot with soil, as opposed to taking it from the soil and replanting it. taking it from the soil will upset it. growing in a jiffy pot until such a time relocation to a larger pot is ideal should work.

good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
