I was thinking of sloping the greenhouse slightly as to provide run off in return for the loss of free drainage.. Opinions? setting it up as i type..
Doubt it will happen today though, figures!! My one day off and i dont get to do what i had planned to gotta get me a car, motorbike just aint cutting it for these bunnings trips, lol. 2 trips just for the soil!! Gotta love cheap petty tho

im picturing black plastic lining the grassy floor, covered with rocks/gravel...
Have you ever thought of mossing the plastic and adding stepping stones rather than gravel or rocks for a base for a purely "amazonian" greenhouse...
Any suggestions would be great .. about to make my trip down to bunnings in 15mins

Going back to the positizing and neging, a problem I see with how it currently works is that I rarely re-read the posts I have made and I assume other also just click the button to go to newest post. This means that if I or someone else makes a post that is considered shit then I most likely will not see that the post has been rated accordingly.
Ofcourse people could start going back and checking their past post to see but I thought I would chuck it out there to see what others think.
This comment is not related to the suspension of eatfoo, just a general comment.
So, +/- are just used to rate if a post you made was helpful?

awesome pics from across the puddle Bro's gf's family has a big block of "indigenous land", next time she is over, ill see what she can snap up for me the land is well taken care of.. has a camp set up on it and a large park reserve, the way she describes it makes it sound ... well, like that golden pine... ... lol

Franks Further inFuriating Fuckups (regarding amazon)
okay so 8 of my 9 books have arrived. unfortunately the 9th is a textbook (as opposed to the 6 that were just for fun) so i wish i got that one earlier, but what can you do? well actually that is my question; what CAN i do? because when i go onto my amazon account, there is absolutely no trace of my order, at all. so i can't check on my missing book.
i also can't check how i paid for the books, a fact which i have completely forgotten. there is no money missing from my bank account, i haven't used paypal in the last month, and no extra bills are on my credit card statement. this baffles me. maybe amazon somehow forgot about me and didn't charge me, but still shipped me the books?? if so this is all well and good, but it still doesn't get me my textbook.
i tried logging on with my other email in case i accidentally made two accounts and that doesn't seem to be the case either. wtf??
from the 8/9 you received, how many can you track payments for?

That sucks, not being PM'd when being talked about... never said u had one and its not for me or anyone else on this forum to discuss unless they/i know you or whoever it is that was being referred to in this thread..
i just believe the public doesnt need to know anything about this. Seems like an issue between some friends/guys rather than a site/community issue... in which case, i feel like i know way too much about torsten, you and a couple other people in this thread.. Does feel nice tho to get to know the community in a sense...
Just, yea... i feel kinda odd right now in the forum, i dont like knowing other peoples business but, like all humans, am drawn to watch...

UPDATE>
Departed Hong Kong International at 12 Pm for a 12 hour non stop flight to Charles De Gual Paris. Airport in Paris is Underwhelming after Hong Kong but it was not too much trouble. This time I was on an Old 747 and there was not One spare seat. I was stuck next to a nice asian couple with terrible breath. For the first 2 hours I had to keep jumping over them from the window seat and getting away just so I didn't have to spew....
First Impressions of Paris and the Parisians have been pleasent. I have not slept more then 10 mins since 4 Am monday morning. I think its like 3 or 4 AM in Australia on wednesday as Im writting this. I have tried to sleep but the Jet lag has my body clock all messed up. So failing sleep I headed in for Paris.
I caught the train in, wasn't cheap. About 50 AUD for 2 day pass! The city of Paris Blew me away!..... I knew it would be special but I wasn't ready for such an amazing city. I just walked and walked. I have some killah photos and as soon as I charge my laptop I will upload. The weather is perfect, the food is the best and the Art work is non stop..... I'll write some more detail after I sleep a proper 8 or so hours. The drinking hasn't finished yet, I think thats the only thing keeping me sane.

Been visiting all the artsy places in paris? doing the true "tourist" things? sounds awesome.. walking and walking, in an unknown exotic city, man, im even picturing the light spectrum being different there, lol... excited to get out on my own 7day world adventure...

im looking for someone to take my kat off my hands, seems my dogs are attracted to them... too much for it to be a conventional plant in my garden... figured if anything the dogs would be repelled away, not attracted to them..

i wont argue who does more than the others as i havent been around long enough, but, i know Torst and SAB has helped me more than any other forum ever has. If it wasn't for SAB i doubt i would know anything, literally, this site just sparked my interest.. Whilst other sites did nothing for me... Would you cause a scene in Torsten's lounge room if you heard him talking shit about u behind your back? doubtful, i think you would pull him aside and talk your shit out.. Unless u purely have no respect for Torsten or his living room.
Also, i never really took note of the +/- thing, just noticed now after seeing mescalito's SS... does it affect me or my account in someway? does it reflect against me if i have a +/-?
