    white spots on cacti

I read a thread in an earlier post about black spots possibly being rot. I have horrible looking white scaley spots on my bridgesii. I was wondering 3 things, could this also be rot? and in the earlier post, elemental sulphur was suggested. Is this recommended and dou you just brush the powder straight on or dilute it and spray it on. Thanks for any advice that can be given.

    white spots on cacti

yeah they are hard and callousy. Unfortunately I don't own a digital camera, so I can't send a picture. I realise it would be easier to tell if you could see it, but thems the breaks. Thanks for info though.

was just wondering if anyone could tell me what conditions heimia salicifolia likes to live in. I just got one from SAB, but haven't been able to find much info about growing it in australia. Any info would be appreciated. thanks

    psychotria question

could anyone tell me how often I should be watering my psychotria viridis. I keep them inside in the morning and move them outside in the shade in the afternoon until it cools down. I have tried watering about once a week, but the leaves were going lighter in colour and brown on the edges, so I tried watering more often, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. I have tried searching the net, but there is a lack of info on growing to maturity. I live in between Sydney and Newcastle, so probably not the optimum temperature range, though I would love to see this plant survive. I already have psychotria cartharginensis and I am presuming you look after them the same as viridis. Thanks from my psychotrias and myself

    Dogs and peyote

I bought a 10-15mm peyote button about 1 month ago. All was well until our new pup decided to bite it. I was wondering if there was anything I should be putting on it? Thanks anyone who can help
