Didn't know about its potential as a grafting stock Jonstn, thanks for putting it out there. Will have to play with that when I can make a bit of time I agree with Thunder, this thing survives when all around it done for. I think it thrives on a degree of neglect. Thats a sweet bonzai one rumple -

I know forestry here has used helicopters and infra-red reflectance of different plant species to detect whats in a mixed vegetation types. I would presume some pockets of vegetation sticks out more than others, and in the U.S and Canada it is reported to have been used with "success". -
