What could this be? Lots of sores everywhere, the grass around the mushroom is stained yellow, at first i thought maybe the common "yellow house plant / garden mushroom". But its different..... Stalk: Brown/orange / Hollow Cap: Orange/Yellow Spores: Orange Gills: Brown/orange Stains: no staining, black. Sorry for the horrid quality i am stuck using a camera phone... Handy though.

looks like "Gymnopilus sapineus", but the gills are darker then that, the gills are a very dark orange and the stem is hollow. Could be a "Gymnopilus junonius" but it dosnt have those "dress's" on the stalk, like jun does.

Once again i have a question for the legal gurus, (any import brokers here?) I am about to import 150 t-shrits from thailand... (If it starts like this you know its not good ) So these shirts are 100% authentic made by the designer at there factory etc, so child labour, etc is not a concern. The brand is "Shiro Nikio" , "Miniute Mirth" some of you may know this brand very very great designs. There are a couple of questions i have, the first is in regards to Duty tax, It is my understanding we have a FTA with thailand and anything under 1000$ is duty free? Is this correct? Should i be expecting any hidden fee's form customs on top of the delivery fee i pay to DHL? What is the procedure with something like this? The said they will supply a Cert of Origin and they said they will send it as a Gift? I dont like the idea of the gift cause its hard for me to explain why i want 150 shirts. So what do i do? I am left blank here i did some research, i tried looking threw all the crap in the FTA all senseless to me i can make anything from it. Who can i call customs?? I know legal advice is normaly pricey so if you assist me and want to pm me ill send you a cactus cutting or whatnot gladly. So i know alot of you guys import alot any info you can give me? I do have a ABN if required but this venture would be still considered a "hobby" so i dont have to mention that? And should i expect any hidden fees from customs? Update guys: The importation went well and all shirts sold in 3 trips to the markets 150 shirts arrived all were perfect condition, i landed them for $8 ea and sold at markets and eBay for 15 - 20$ ea. Its important to take risks in business like Torsten mentions.

I did a reveres phone lookup and a whois then leggaly gained access to his facebook/linkadin/and travel blog accounts (simply requested it from a females account, guys say yes to females i notice), So i have his full name, his family history, his current and previous address and a list of the recent country's he has visited plus a entire album of family photos.... It all checks out, even his iphones gps location is were he said he was bangkok. He is from england originally i have pictures here from when he was a kid, probably 11 years worth of photos. So hopefully he wont be so silly as to skam me, this all came about cause his last name was Fellone... sounds like fellon... see my worry... is that the universe telling me something?? You will be charged Import Duty/GST if your goods meet EITHER of the following: a) Have a value over AUD $1,000; OR Contain Alcohol or Tobacco of any quantity or value. If your goods are valued UNDER AUD$1,000 and DO NOT contain Alcohol or Tobacco then you will not be required to pay any Customs Import Duty/GST or associated Customs charges. 2) How is Customs Import Duty / Import GST calculated? Duty is calculated as a percentage of the price you paid for goods (aka the Customs Value - CV). Depending on the product, the applicable duty rate can be anywhere from 0% to 10%, however the majority of goods attract a 5% duty rate. GST is calculated at 10% of the Value of the Taxable Import (VoTI). The VoTI is calculated by the addition of the Customs Value (CV) PLUS the Duty PLUS the value of the International Transport and Insurance (T&I).
