hi nemesis.i got a cut of this from bit a few years back,if i remember correctly he bought it from c.c and that was the only plant they had.just found bits original pic and added to thisthis album for you,it looks so amazing in this one!!!!

planthelper,the pedro cut survived, just.ended up with some orange rot but after cutting that away twice it finally healed and was placed back onto soil to root

cheers for all the comments,i agree about lighting them up, makes the glass so much more interesting!
myco,a silicon rubber mould was made around the pedro,then the rubber mould gets filled with wax to make a wax master.then a silica flour and plaster mould is made around the wax. the wax gets steamed out of the plaster mould leaving a space for the glass to fill.
terracotta pots filled with glass are suspended above the mould,brought up to 800deg c and left at that temp for 45 minutes until the glass melts and pours out the bottom of the pots into the mould
