  1. The issue is not having a genius to set up the most secure means of communicating possible and also admin-ing the IRC channel like we had for the old one. I was talking about this earlier today funnily enough and apparently security wise for instant messaging the #lab was as good as it gets. I'm all for the idea, don't get me wrong, but I need to be able to trust it to be completely secure.

She wasn't able to make it to EGA '11 in the end to talk due to her health, but there is a very personal article in the journal from that year that she wrote on the topic of entheogens and death. I contacted her about it a month after EGA and it saddened me to find out that I had been the only person at that stage to contact her to congratulate her on the emotionally moving piece of writing. I'm sure you can purchase the journal on the EGA page if you can't find your own...

    Khat dosages

Just chew it until you're satisfied. I have some rather large trees up at my parents house and I would chew 3-4 large quids (so maybe 60+ juvenile leaves) in a short time with no problems - harvested before sunrise. I'm a little tolerant to stimulants though.

    Muscle mass

I don't see much point of taking G unless it is to sleep. It's one substance that amazes me as a medicinal agent more than a recreational. Yes you're right in that HGH is not a proper anabolic like steroids - the mechanism of action are incredibly different, but there are benefits to muscle and tendon health and strength from HGH supplementation. "increased GH availability stimulates matrix collagen synthesis in skeletal muscle and tendon, but without any effect upon myofibrillar protein synthesis. The results suggest that GH is more important in strengthening the matrix tissue than for muscle cell hypertrophy in adult human musculotendinous tissue." (DOI: 10.1113/jphysiol.2009.179325) So yes, you're correct in that it doesn't help with muscle cell hypertrophy like good old roids and resistance training. However it will help a person to be push themselves harder and bounce back quicker when training, and yes it does minimise body fat as well which is always a plus. Regarding my knowledge I have two close friends that use steroids, and both of them stack deca and test but from my research and from what I've been told I don't think it's necessary for a first cycle to take both. I know black market ampoules exist but that has never been an issue with friends of mine. I have also studied physiology subjects at university, so I'm not a complete idiot when it comes to this sort of shit .

Oh and just to promote a mate... Here is a promo vid for the two tracks he released the other day. First song in the clip is called Brooklyn Zoo, the second one Slap Attack. The second one is my favourite of the two.

GHB used to be used as a supplement for body building because it stimulates HGH production. HGH as a supplement costs a fortune so anybody suggesting that is silly... like $1k a month easy. Roids are significantly cheaper and work pretty well if you know what you're doing... for a first cycle Sus (test) IM alone is sufficient and not that pricey. But since roids are a fuckn hassle with all the other shit you gotta take with it to counteract the estrogen related side effects\acne\fluid retention, I recommend as a plant based supplement GOOD OLD TRIBULUS. I recommended a Tribulus extract preparation to a mate and combined with hard work he put on A LOT of bulk and pretty rapidly.

    Swedish Snus

I recommend the Skruf brand Stark or Extra Stark.... both portioned and loose are great. But portioned is a bit saltier and less messy unless you get your pris packing perfect which is a challenge - either mud slides or too tight, hard to get a happy medium. Nice earthy flavour with bergamot, and rose hints. Extra Stark portioned are 16mg per portion, stark 12mg and original 8mg by memory It's tasty shit.

Not really a track as such, but a really dope mix put out to promote an EP some mates of mine launched last Friday. A must listen for anybody into UK Bass Music, UK Garage and Post-Dubstep. All tracks on the mix by Hypercolour and Abstract Now are my mate's stuff and comprises almost half of the mix, and I wouldn't bother promoting to people if it wasn't something I would love even if I didn't know them personally. http://innariddim.co...-fools-gold-mix Edit: If people like what they hear, the 3 track EP is available to buy for a few bucks on beatport.com under Hypercolour - Marvin EP.

    anxiety

I definitely agree with people saying saying you need to find your triggers. Sometimes it's not quite as black and white as this, especially if the triggers for your panic attacks are tied in with other psychiatric conditions which are harder to treat, but even then it gives you a basis for seeking further treatment. Maybe consider a psychologist specialising in 'evidence based psychology', and start Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (better known as CBT). There have been studies indicating Kava as a potential treatment for anxiety so consider trying this before employing benzodiazepines, and if you do go down the benzo road then tread carefully as it's a "band-aid for a bullet wound" treatment and many people find it a damn hard band-aid to take off.

Man I wish there was a herbal aid I could recommend but I have yet to encounter one that relieves my frequent panic attacks. If there is anything I could suggest it would be definitely be kava. Oh and if you smoke green, then I recommend you stop.

    Growing calea Zacatechini help??

It definitely loves the ground. I grew it in a pot for a year and it barely grew, put it in the ground and it turned into a massive bush in a year.
  17. Happy birthday bro. Have a good one, and hope to see you soon.

    Growing calea Zacatechini help??

Don't spray the leaves or water too much - it's a plant accustomed to desert climates.

    Growing calea Zacatechini help??

Man I reckon just keep it outside and plant in the ground. It's a hardy plant that once established you'll need to cut back regularly because it grows like crazy.

    Smoking mixes

Effects of smoked brugmansia don't become apparent unless you smoke quite a bit of it - i.e. you'll get a wicked dry mouth etc if you smoke enough of it. The leaf is a pretty bland taste smoked, but it works as a great bronchiodilator so works a treat for asthma. The flower tastes like you'd expect smoking a flower would.. I like the taste personally. Used to roll up spliffs, with a bit of brug flower added, and sometimes a tiny amount of kretek tobacco for flavour (sampoerna, not gadangs) along with usual spinner... I remember I guy a passed one to on a dance floor at a doof said it tasted beautiful and like honey hahaha. Potentiates cannabis quite strongly, and if you smoke a shitload of flower material alone you'll probably experience disorientation, hallucinations and general antichonlinergic drug symptoms but I never achieved such effects from smoking it alone (had to take some orally as well). Other people beg to differ and claim smoking a small amount of flower was enough to cause mild hallucinations, but I believe a lot of that is probably placebo\plant spirit\whatever you wanna believe.

Taser dart left in mans skull by police

The police have had a high profile run of shootings and tasering the past 8 weeks in Sydney... and what pisses me off is that tasers are claimed by the police to be a safe and non lethal method of disabling a person, however a gun in well trained hands that is fired with the intention of being disabling and non-lethal (i.e. shoulders, legs etc) has the potential to be safer. But yeah there was the man who died from being tasered in the Sydney CBD, plus the man shot and killed in Parramatta shopping centre, and then there was the shooting of those two teenagers in the stolen car in Kings Cross... ...The latter of which I witnessed and considering the speed they were driving down the footpath on Darlinghurst Rd at 4am on a Saturday morning, I will say that I don't know what other means of disabling the driver could have been employed... I did notice that multiple news articles published about the incident later that morning\afternoon portrayed that only 3 shots were fired... 3 bullet holes through the windscreen were definitely there, 3 bullets had connected with the two teens in the front seats, but I heard by memory 7 shots fired (at the very least 5 anyway). What concerns me about this was the fact that the reason why the police decided to shoot was because they were driving down a footpath filled with pedestrians, one of which was hit by the car, yet the shots were fired towards the direction the car was coming from and thus the direction of the pedestrians, with only 3 connecting with the car. Since it was ruled that there was is not going to be a thorough investigation into whether the use of firearms was necessary in this occasion, my concern is whether there was the risk that bullets could have hit innocent bystanders. *rant over*

  24. I'm glad I got the chance to digitally converse with her on fb about her journal entry for lasts EGA that she could not attend. I remember when I was all of 16 or 17, the first time I met Sina as well, being taken into Penny's home after a Sydney meet and treated as an equal - not a child. I remember the need we all had of having to get out of the CBD asap because of the Mardi Gras was being setting up. We all had many laughs and deep conversations that night, in the early hours of the morning Lebga picked up his guitar and showed off his blues skills, and when the sun came up for breakfast we had freshly juiced oranges with Ephedra and Catha. The following morning I got the pleasure of meeting Penny's daughter Maya the one time who my prayers are with. A small back-mounted artwork of hers will continue to hang in the middle of my lounge room wall for as long as her memory still holds any significance to me. Farewell Penny.
