the smoked seed heads of some of the cyperus's are thought to increase effects of things like hbwr and even cacti (where legal...good luck with that one ) it has been supposed on these forums that possibly quite a few of the plants in cyperaceae family...your papyrus's and so on could be active in a maoi kinda way search engine is quite useful here

as i've written about i have a developing ability to ,to some extent,id plants and their effects by touch.also just see similar things,sort of aura like......but this seems to have happened in recent times not from birth.i believe everyone could do this. sounds almost like some funky version of synesthesia; a crossing over of senses like "seeing sound" or "hearing light"e.t.c... i've got something like that going on where i can kind of "taste/smell" with my fingers or basically the aroma of a particular herb/substance/food/whatever gets expotentially increased on contact with my fingers....which is a wonderful experience when i'm cooking dinner but not so hot when i need to wipe my bottom.

i've always felt a bit like superman myself, not because i'm bulletproof or got laser vision or flying or any thing like that its 'cause whenever anyone pulls out any green,resiny,nuggety stuff i go all weak at the knees

on seeds floating e.t.c....hop seeds (humulus) are in fact the opposite, i.e. the floaty ones are the viables and sinkers are stinkers thats one example of an exception to that rule off the top o me head but yeah..when it comes to seeds i guess the same is true of the plant or rather you've got to get to know each one through firsthand experience...that and posting questions in plant forums always helps too
