  4. i have read hearsay from a couple of sources that M. magnimamma may have some kind of historic ethnobotanical use.

how true that is i have no idea

Nice.. Thats something worth doin a little research on... mmmm :scratchhead: Keep you's posted if anything arises

  5. whats the white medium in the pots?

    t s t .

It's Perlite, Mainly for the aesthetics, only a cm or two, and a good potting mix underneath. I just had a bit lying around and threw it on to make it look a little nicer, Haven't gotten around to buying nice stones yet... And yes, It does blow around when dry and exposed to winds, I moved em to take the pics,

where they sit normally I don't have this prob...

  6. Hey guys,

I took this pic today, there is a tiny amount of scale coming back on the peruvianus, I couldn't see any ants around so maybe I didn't get it all the first scrub... Still pretty good tho for no chems.. I gave it a quick scrub and we'll see how it goes... I guess it would be nice to eradicate the problem totally but if its just a wee scrub now'n'again, It's not too much hassle. and its chem free!

Sorry bout the low quality pic guys :(

  7. Hey Geebus, I live in Townsville where it grows wild to the point that it is becoming a pest.. There are some massive specimens up here, especially where I grew up at Alligator creek, where it is unfortunately wreaking havoc. I must remember to take some pics, they are pretty impressive...

Townsville can have some pretty low temps now and again, as low as Brisbane.. rare and short, but enough to do damage to cold sensitive crops/plants. The plants up here have all gone thru these temps and done well enough to become a pest.. Unless it is prolonged extreme cold, I'm pretty sure you don't have anything to worry about, Just as all the other guys have said already..

Heres a coupla pics of some seedlings that I have...

  8. Fredrik Thordendals Special Defects

one of meshuggah's guitarists side projects. twisted, mental, heavy fucked up tunage. give Vitamin K Experience a listen

    Totally agree!!!!!!!!

This has to be one of the best progressive metal side projects ever recorded, It's more like a symphony with movements rather than songs

A perfect blend of Jazz, Metal and Space!

  9. Here's a link to my first band, we recorded this stuff in 1988. I played the guitars and bass and wrote the material. Cheers.

EDIT: In 1998 the songs 'lovecraft' & 'premature cremation', were released as a 7" single without permission of the copyright owner (ME).

200 copies were released, all were sold & I saw not a cracker but, such is life I spose... Goes to show people will pirate ANYTHING

    Anyways, I hope people enjoy...

cool, definitely got a sound like Bestial Warlust.... Tones remind me of Vengeance war till death! Cool!!! I'm really liking the fact there are metalheads about.... kinda make me feel more 'at home' ......
