^^^Seconded...lol

Yeah, used to happen to me all the time, when I had a job I liked. I reckon its cool as well. "my mobs in my bed with me"

Not sure what you mean by 4th plateau but I am talking about a full blown salvia experience (20X smoked). There was nothing dissociative about the experience IMHO. I found it to be extremely confronting, to both my psyche and body. Very powerful and if we have to classify things, I would put it in a league of its own.

Yeah, I remember seeing a documentary about fighter pilot being given dex amphetamine for long mission and tranquilizers to come down (sanctioned by the U.S. Air Force). The documentary also tried to link a "friendly fire" incident to amphetamines.

I am no "shroom-spert" either lol. Great term! But yeah I cant see any "actives" their if that's what you after. The first two red ones are of the bollete genre. I wont hazard a guess at the speacies. I am sure the real "shroom-sperts" here can shed some more light.

^^^ Yeah, poor birds. It does sound like they have been poisoned. They must be pretty crook if they cant even perch. You'd think if it was etoh poisoning it would be easily detected by a blood test.

I don't consider salvia to be a dissociative. I have found mescaline, LSD and psilocybin containing mushrooms to be useful for personal growth. I find nitrous oxide and ketamine more of an escape from psychic pain. Good for a night out, usually in combination with a powerful stimulant. Though I agree, high doses of ketamine are pretty "full on". Interesting to see what other people think about it. faustus I like what you have written in post no.6 of this thread.

Who can blame them? Nuff said.

Interestingly, my Pharmacist reported seeing multiple "water spouts" off the coast in the Shell harbor area (south coast) a couple of days ago. Her house overlooks the ocean and she has been in the area for a long time. She says she has never seen anything like it before.

Thanks for posting that nabraxas. The report of this study rings true for a few people I know, who often say words to the effect of "don't talk to me I haven't had my coffee yet. Or "I cant do anything until I've had my morning coffee". I don't think they are going to like hearing it but I will tell them anyway.

Wow, great find! I have no experience with Gymnopilus species at all but The bruising in the pic you pointed out looks inky blue to me. Never can trust a photo...

Great that's all I need. But if your not doing anything wrong, you've nothing to worry about. Isn't that what "they" say? -

Hey Chiral, I find this point of yours particularly interesting. Can you expand on it a little?
-
^^^ agreed but lets not go nuts here. Daily runners or gamblers probably wont have cold sweats and simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting if they miss a day or so.

How's the spirits of salvia space compered to spice space?

Incognito and Bread Filter I can totally relate to that sense of de javo or "coming home" on salvia. For me it felt like "oh yeah, this place...I know this place". It did feel like a knew "this place" better than the life I had been experiencing seconds before I smoked it. jeeeez that is one of the strangest feeling I have felt to date, the salvia experience that is. -
Yeah, my horrid, criminal, "Californian baby sandwich" eating garden gnome, tells me he is planning on eating subs next week. He reckons it should be a good time for it as he is looking for a deeper perspective on the past years personal growth. I told him he is full of shite and I will be calling the cops if he goes through with it. The arrogant little bastid told me to get f'ed. He has a lot of balls for a creature thats only 1 foot tall and would shatter into a million pieces if I threw him against the back wall of my house. Oh, yeah great to hear SWIPMBFASWSI got what he was looking for

Yeah, I did not really mean to have dig at martial arts. I actually really like martial arts and did few few years of Shotokan karate in my early teens. I am thinking of taking it up again, now that my daughter has started karate training. That said, cage fighting seems pretty much anything goes (my knowledge of it is limited). To me it seems thuggish and a real blood sport, like dog fighting or something equally abhorrent. It is no excuse or reason though. I guess he was just another weak character acting out his ultimate fantasy on some poor bugger. I still maintain, he had better have been extremely mentally ill and extremely intoxicated to carry out (to the bitter end) what he did to his friend. That is to say removing another mans heart and eye ball, whilst still alive, is quite an involved process. He must have by passed plenty of mental stop signs to go the whole hog with it. In the reality of the human experience and its boundaries, how could he ever be trusted again. To be honest, I think the same of people who force a beer bottle or glass into someones face at the pub after some ridiculous altercation. How dare he/they expect to be trusted again. We all make mistakes but it is more than possible to go too, way too far.

Awesome del!!!! I have only ever seen pics of the glow in the dark mushrooms. I would love to see some for real. They must look bloody awesome in the bush at night, especial if there were a lot of them around. The second picture you posted in post number 7, look exactly like the "look a likes" I used to find out past Windsor and Wisemans ferry. They were summertime dung lovers. I would find the "look a likes" in patches along side of what I think were Panaeolus cyanescens. My reckless garden gnome would always stow away in the boot of my car, escape and then run off and eat the inky blue staining ones. My gnome says they were potent psilocybes. Silly garden gnome, he has no respect for the well thought out and helpful laws which protect us from these dangerous hallucinogenic mushrooms. I tried to tell him but you know how gnomes are...

The methanol is only necessary if you want to end up the crystals. Don't mess with methanol unless you really no what your doing, it is extremely toxic if ingested. The 96 odd percent Polish Vodka is probably the easiest way to go in OZ. You need a special license to get pure ethanol. You also have to have a valid reason for the license to be granted. There is a lot of great info on shroom extraction and concentration on this forum, erowid and the nook. Of course, this is all theoretical and for info purposes only.
