  1. Thats an inspiring poem you found, Waterdragon, sent chills down my spine just when it told me it would!

Still, what we have is too special to lose, closemindedness is too powerful a force at the moment... i think patience, restraint and forethought is a more important tool for us to use.

  2. Re website

"In recent years, marijuana has appeared in blunts (cigars emptied of tobacco and refilled with marijuana) often in combination with another drug, such as crack"

Man these guys are with it... whenever my friends and i light up a joint we usually mix it with crack often with just a smattering of smack...

just like whenever i listen to rock i like to go out and club baby seals

  3. I saw some salvia growing in the town square of a small village in France this winter passed. Not exactly in the wild, but it doesnt seem like its been cultivated there on purpose. Is it possible that it was a look alike (it tasted just like sally ) Unless it is a dead ringer like exactly the same then im sure it was a salvia as i used to grow it when it was legal to do so.

  4. UGH so nice, but the smell! before you get high, its unpleasant, then after a few inhalations its the best smelling stuff in the universe, then theres the smell for the next day! Similar to nitrous, eviler i think.

  5. Ive got a pedro that was cut horizontal at the top, now there is a growth coming up from the calloused top and its only got 5 ridges, the same has happened to a smaller on i planted, it originally had 6 like normal ones now its only got 5 as well. Anyone know whats happened?

  6. So, do you get rid of the green and just use the petals? is it ok to hang em up an dry them? which is better alcohol or boiling up in water and "extracting"? and how many in a bottle of wine?

I looked for info on the web and its sparse and vague to say the least.

  7. I have an interesting story that made me, the skeptic that i am take a step back (which is yet another interesting thing). My elves and my gnome were driving around looking for some cubensis one day. They had no idea what to look for, and no idea where to find any(other than a broad rural area just outside brisbane). After a half hour of driving through the area they randomly decided to turn right down this road and found a paddock. Picking every type mushroom there intending to identify when we got back home, they were sure they had found at least some tasty mushies. Anyways at this point, a middle aged man with a wide brimmed hat came walking down this hill towards us. We started walking out of the paddock as calmly as possible and he yelled out to us how we were going. Not knowing what to say, they replied uhhh yes looking for field mushrooms, the man smiled and said yes of course you are. They decided we might as well risk it so they showed him what they had picked, offering a share of the bounty in exchange for identification... As luck would have it not one was psychadelic.

He then proceeded to inform us, that the only place in the area where substantial quantities grew was across the road from where we were. They chatted for a while and the man recommended shaman australis to them. Not only did they stumble across one of the only patches in this area, but they were directed to this wonderful forum.

The rest is history, and i havent looked back. Would be nice if the man was a member, im sure he would remember the incident if he were.

  8. Hey guys, this idea came to me when my sister asked me to plant a chocolate covered coffee bean in the ground in the hopes of getting a chocolate covered coffee tree. I was wondering what would happen if you pollinated a coffee tree with pollen from a coco plant?

  9. I was watching a friend eat some raw rice cakes, you know the thin disk like ones that come in stacked packages one day and we all had eb on the mind, then someone mentioned innoculating a sealed package with some seed and seeing what happened. I have not the supplies nor the knowledge involved. If this works however, it would be great for separating piece by piece and going on from there. Only problem might be wetting the stuff in the first place...

  10. I recently tested my water ph at it was around abouts 8.5 (alkaline). I figure this is not a good thing for some of the more acid loving plants, and so i decided to add lemon juice to the water to balance it out. My question is, if I get the ph to 6-7 should i wait to see the minerals that made it alkaline drop out of the solution or can i just water my plants with the new water?

  11. My leaves were like this once, then it rained and the new growth seemed really good. This means one of two things to me, the water is too full of impurities, or the humidity was no good. Alternatively it could have been the sudden heat change that we are all experiencing at the moment. Salvia is such an emotional plant for me, i think she has to get used to you before she'll do any real growing :)

  12. I have a chemisty sort of friend and he has recently informed me that smoking products that have used naptha as a solvent could be hugely dangerous, and most probably deadly. He mentioned something about a carboxylic acid ring not being in the naptha which makes it impossible for the cells to break it down and thus it goes into a lung cell kills it and then finds its way into others and wreaks havoc on your lungs til you get cancer or something. can anyone put my mind at rest? Auxin perhaps??? And that dragibus curiousa? i think its the product of some verrrry cheeky ethnobotanists!

  13. What would be the chances of being able to engineer psilocybin into dmt. I looked at the structure on erowid and they are the same except for a little group up top left(dihydrogen phosphate ester). Im sure this has been thought of before, but i reckon its worth a try or a thought...
