Hey watertrade, nah I've not seen any fungus gnats in my greenhouse before. Damn rot!!!
-
Still not much change since I've started treated them (found another couple with minor attack) - I don't think it's gotten any worse however, which is the main thing at this stage.. I guess? When/if successful, will the rot change from the redish colour to more of a brown type scarred look? Peace

Ok, have treated all the lophs with Mancozeb Plus (luckily had some already), just wanna make sure none of the others pop up with any marks -- Will let ya kno how it goes.

Cheers dude, will check it out now :D

I worded that incorrectly; just meant to say it was pretty heavy smoking for that length of time. Further to that, a Reuters article states 20 years now: "The men had smoked at least five marijuana cigarettes daily for on average 20 years." http://www.reuters.com/article/latestCrisis/idUSN02271474

What is also important in this study which is missed in the article above is the fact that it mentions in EXCESS of 5 joints per day for 10 years. I don't know a huge amount of regular users, but more than 5 joints a day is alot of fkn bud. Source: http://www.news-medical.net/?id=38884

Herbalistics sells the dried herb, haven't tested its seed viability, however am experimenting with extracts at the moment. Very sharp plant matter..!

Hey guys, Over the past month or so (rain has been helpful) I've noticed these little shrooms growing upside and next to a couple of cacti, with new ones forming too. I'm pretty sure they're not active, but as i'm a complete novice of identification, I was interested if someone could ID for me? Must've been somethin in the soil because haven't seen anywhere else. Cheers, KlUe edit.. mite help with a pic, eh

I've heard people adding things like vanilla essence to cannabis and actually reporting a vanilla type taste in the buds.

Sweet garden dude. Can't wait for another year's update ;)

Hey mate, don't think it'll really matter all too much. I've not grown from seed but had small plants which grow fine in debco pot power. Peace KlUe

Hi all, I'm pretty sure whoever has grown a B.Caapi plant has seen some sort of scale infestation at some stage, and if not you're damn lucky... Anyways I just wanted to ask peoples advice as to how to control because no matter how often i try to remove the scale they just come back. Obviously the caapi isn't happy and neither am I!! Cheers KlUe P.S. I did use the search engine prior to posting

FOAF ordered a p.cubensis growing kit (syringe, rice flour, verm etc.) and came thru no problems.

Michael, love the pics. I've GOT to visit Peru in the near future. KlUe

True, but it'll never happen, at least not in Australia - and scary enough as it sounds - It will only ever get worse. Klue was actually my "tag" when I was young (ooh badass), and it kinda stuck.

I was under the impression liver damage caused by kava occured in a similar situation as alcoholics.
-
Lol, for some reason this just reminds me of my Fiji trip and the unhygenic brewing of Kava by the locals.

Tree-friendly paper products
KlUe replied to TheFriendlyPlanter's topic in Sustainable Technologies & Ethical Living
At work I sell "Double A" branded printer paper (funnily enough I read on the side of the box today) is made from "farmed trees". It is a little more $$ but good quality and its (more) environmentally friendly. Hemp farming would be awesome, but in this day and age I doubt the government would ever back it. Hemp should be the future farmers crop rather than cotton, uses ess water and is so much more useful!! -
Same thing happened with me man. Was after all the rain in Sydney... probably overcast for 2 weeks straight and noticed some bridges did it. Some I could just leave, other one I cut the tip off cus rot had quickly eaten into very similar situation with yours. Edit (Again, try to keep out of excess humidity or water for a while)
-
Hard to say how deep it is, I've had rot looking exactly the same that has healed... but if you wanted to leave it, keep it out of humidity/wet/fertiliser. Otherwise I'd cut the whole top off, let it pup.

Is Mycelium Active?? and why shuld i be cursed/blessed with fruit?
KlUe replied to JustAskSally's topic in Mycology
Whenever i've had fruit come up while substrate is still in jar i remove the cake... It can withstand a bit of banging trying to get it out, but the earlier taking it out the better IMO. -
Love the flowers dude, I hope my Juul's hybrids are similar
