I saw one on ebay not too long ago and the bidding got out of control which lead to me looking it up.  I thought it might have just been a name to build up hype but apparently it lives up to it so it's not surprising everyone wants it.

I'm also keen as mustard to get my hands on anything that's active and super blue that's not on that list.  Greens and yellows are nice but those blue girls make me weak at the knees with their beauty.

Leave a reply or PM me with what you have and what you want in return :)

Edit: 12/25 have been sourced so far and potentially some really nice blue ones as well.  I love this community

It’s a living hell for me and I don’t even do it. Atm we have half of Melb here for tourist season and it’s absolute chaos. With the hot weather and long days I feel like I can’t breathe. Not to mention the noise.. I can’t seem to cope with noise (other than things like music) like other people can. Not feeling very good at all right now :(

    Hi to the other people..

Kinda makes you wish for a new plague huh.  In the meantime you might want to invest in some noise cancelling headphones.  They work better than you'd expect but especially for city noise.

  4. I've had 3 entities so far.  The first was an orange tentacle covered in eyes that was absolutely horrified to know that I could see it and fled back into my wall.  Interestingly my cat came over and swiped at it which made me think it may have been real.

The second one was a shadow/smoke monster who acted like I was trapped in his dimension and he was going to have his way with me.  He did and then made it feel as though a part of my soul had been replaced by his and that when I were to come back to reality I'd bring him with what remained of the vessel I called my body.  I didn't feel right for months after that and simply had to let it go to not go crazy.

The last and most interesting was chewbacca, well close anyway.  I took a stupid amount of shrooms, had ego death and saw the light so naturally I went with it.  At the end of the tunnel was this white cloud like castle that was made of souls and I could feel my soul being drawn inside the front gates.  So in I float and what am I greeted with? What appears to be motherfuckin chewbacca putting one of the soul bricks back into the castle and then he turned to me and lost his shit.  His already large black hole type eyes enlarged, told me I wasn't ready for this knowledge and headbutted me back to reality stone cold sober.  I literally bounced off my bed, said what in the actual fuck and then the shrooms started kicking in again so I tried using them to find the castle again but all I was met with was a profound sense of loss at not being allowed to return.  The chewbacca entity looked like the same one from the movies but incredibly clean, his hair was hair and not simply made out of energy but glowed this brilliant gold colour too but his most striking feature were those eyes.  I'll never forget the feeling of the depth of the shit I'm not ready for yet that I saw in them just before he headbutt me.  It was like an endless void and he gave the impression of being tasked with making sense of it all like he was a librarian and I was a mere ant demanding the secrets of the universe itself which he had no time for but he had no malice against me either, I just wasn't welcome there any longer so he sent me back.

  5. Vegetarianism, veganism, etc. all literally would not be impossible without modern life making them completely unnatural.  For starters our bodies need protein to function and you can argue all your want about rice and beans but I don't see a single vegan farming them.  Instead you lot rely on the exploitation of 3rd world farmers to produce those crops, put them on ships that are so awful for the environment that merely 8 of them hurt the Earth more than every single car combined, etc. and the same is true of everything else you eat like tomatoes which are no longer considered a seasonal produce at the supermarkets because of international trade.

Reality dictates that if you want to be as kind as possible to the things you consume that you either have to live a hunter/gatherer life and roam such a vast amount of land that by the time you return everything has regrown to the way it was or you farm it for yourself settling for the food you produce as it comes in.  Obviously roaming around stealing plants and killing animals won't be tolerated today so that leaves farming.  Now if you're going to be a farmer who only wants to produce for themselves instead of commercially to reduce your impact on the earth you're also going to want the smallest farm possible to leave room for the rest of nature as well which is impossible without animals for protein.  It might be as simple as using chickens for pest reduction, shooting a kangaroo that hopped your fence, etc. but without those animals your life would soon end unless your farm's footprint greatly expands to accommodate those protein producing crops like rice and beans.  Now instead of a small sustainable farm that leaves room for the rest of nature you've chopped down a bunch of bush, mass planted non native species of plants,  have to fight back against the now homeless animals that are starving to death, etc.

So 3rd world exploitation combined with fucking the entire planet over or merely locally doing so, not only is vegetarianism/veganism unnatural they're the morally incorrect dietary decision to make if you love animals or the earth in general.  You don't have to like it but unless you're willing to kill yourself to end your impact on the earth altogether you have to accept that we're going to have an impact by merely existing and your existence is way worse overall than that of a meat eater who sources their food locally when it's in season.  Now obviously not all meat eaters are that nice to the Earth but my comments about vegetarians/vegans are still universally true so you may want to stop taking your opinions from drugs and think for yourself instead.

I just bought a melted wax cut and thought it would be interesting to see what the offspring of it with tbm would look like as I made the purchase but didn't think anything more of it until I just saw your post while searching for info on the melted was cut itself.  Did you end up making the hybrid? I'd be pretty keen to see a pic of the seedlings if you have.  I bet there's some really unique freaky looking plants in there that even as seedlings you'd be able to tell are special :)

Whut huh? What have you been smoking man?

Of course we want legal weed. That means any stoner can grow some plants at home and smoke them without fear of years in jail. Without having cops, courts and prisons spending billions hunting socially innocent users, without the carnage that happens to the convicted lives. I don't even smoke and that's obvious.

The majority of people won't give a flying about what the people in the commercial industry have to do, unless they are in or want to be in the commercial industry. Just because corporate anything is corrupt doesn't mean we shouldn't disallow such a simple yet massive paradigm shift.

Taxes for our government is good, less money spent on prisons courts and police is good, more liberal society is good. I have no idea what you are resisting.

The national cannabis agency that must be created to remain compliant with the UN has to track everything from seed to sale.  This will require licensing, random inspections, giving them access to your financials to make sure every last cent of your income is legitimate, etc.  It's going to be argued that this is an impossible task for them to take on for the potential millions of people that want a plant in their backyard so the only way to keep it legal is to limit the licensing to a few select cultivators that mass produce bulk product.  They'll say after it leaves the factory where it gets packaged by trusted officials the products will remain sealed for customer protection and so that at every step of the way to the customer computers can automatically track the products as they move.

Now people will obviously say that's some bullshit and that it's a manpower issue to ensure compliance which means that licensing fees are going to be astronomical as will be the taxes put on the point of sale to help reduce this cost.  This will in turn make the black market viable again so the new national cannabis agency is going to be tasked with taking them out due to having a duty to do so.  It doesn't take a genius to see how that's going to make prices go up and how it makes their monopoly cannabis legal while ours remains illegal which as far as I'm concerned isn't the version legalisation people envision at all.

Let's just assume I'm wrong for a moment, want to know what to expect? Commercial growers are going to grow thousands of acres of raw product to process.  They will not care about seeds, pollen that escapes or anything else like that.  The field is going to be seen as growing the chemical components to their propriety blends of oils so as long as the plants are producing cannabinoids and terpenes that can be extracted it's all good to them.  This will result in clouds of hermie pollen escaping that persist forever making it next to impossible to grow your own without it turning to shit and long term breeding is almost out of the question too.  Given 15-20 years almost all the genetics will have been lost leaving the big wigs a monopoly on everything.  Only those who take extreme measures to prevent contamination will survive and that will result in their products costing considerably more to produce than what they could sell it for making it a personal hobby suited solely for rich people.

What we really want is decriminalisation for the personal use and non profit production of cannabis.  If we did that it wouldn't be sold in shops like alcohol but it would remove all the bullshit involved with the national cannabis agency, stop the hermie pollen clouds from destroying our genepools, we could freely grow as much as we wanted in our backyards and we could share with our mates without being classed as a dealer as well.  It would decimate the price of cannabis to almost nothing  and truly free the weed unlike actual legalisation which drives prices up and continues to criminalize us anyway.

Legalisation is literally meant to end the war on drugs so how is it that they get to surrender and not only get the spoils but get to ramp up their campaign against us for denying them a monopoly?  I'd honestly rather it remain illegal because at least then everything is in our hands and not theirs while the risk remains the same.

  9. Obviously there's an infinite rabbit hole you can do down with any drug but when was the last time you felt a rush getting your hands on alcohol? For me it was when I was under 18 but since then it's never been the same.  Don't get me wrong, I'm currently nursing a wicked hangover as I type this so there's still appeal but there's nothing special, secretive or taboo about it.  It's just alcohol and I know it will ruin my balance, make me puke and eventually destroy my liver if I abuse it too much.  Now that it's legal and that knowledge is freely given to all it's boring by comparison to when I was a kid and I think the same holds true for any prohibited drug or things like guns too because you pull one out in Australia people will lose their minds but do the same in America (obviously in a non threatening manner) where they've been normalized and if anyone were to give a shit it would be because they want to see how it works, the build quality, etc.  which makes it boring compared to the excitement such an even would cause here.

Knowledge and normalization will never take away the appeal but they definitely take away the secretiveness, taboo feelings and everything else like willful ignorance for fear of being caught with illicit knowledge that prohibition brings to the table.  It inevitably leads to a harm minimization approach where we all know the basics, our limits, when help is needed, etc. and that's boring compared to all the risks taken during prohibition.  It doesn't lessen the appeal but it definitely zaps a lot of the fun out of it.

    https://hightimes.com/health/science/putting-thc-testing-in-oregon-to-the-test/

In Oregon, cannabis test scores are big part of every recreational purchase, and both wholesale and retail prices are affected by the results. The higher the percentage of THC, the higher the price and, hopefully, the higher the consumer. But what if I told you that the THC-content analysis results of the flower you’re currently smoking could vary over 10 percent from lab to lab? This would mean that all those test scores are virtually meaningless. You may be paying twice as much as you should, or you might just be getting the deal of a lifetime.

What if I told you that thc from an indica is the same from a sativa and it's the other chemicals present, in particular terpense, that were responsible for how how you got, the high you felt, it's duration, etc.?  Lab tests are literally worthless unless they include that information and barely any of them do as they specifically test for cannabinoid ratios only.

Seriously though guys we don't want "legal" weed here. Have you read the UN 1967 convention on narcotics and how it's to be treated? I have and it's the same as the opium poppy where everything from seed to sale has to be tracked and regulated like crazy.  More than that the new government agency tasked with dealing with it have to issue licenses based on garden size and expected output unlike us who get plant numbers with all the bullshit that entails and those fortunate enough to get a license are chosen by the government, so literally the pick their friends to have a monopoly, instead of assuming that any applicant intends to be legal.

Did they win the war on drugs? It sure as shit sounds like they merely delayed their win to drive the prices up and once high enough then we get legal access to them instead of merely sorting things out for ourselves.  It's our duty to deny them this income or the ability to arrest us.  Vive la resistance!

  11. In tomorrow's news they'll remind us that cannabis is good for cancer because it helps cells die but since DMT keeps them alive it's essentially cancer in drug form.  The day after they'll advertise cures for both and act like the previous stories where chinese whisper like hearsay.

Why can't people just advertise drugs as is?

    Shrooms, you'll see some shit

Opiates, you're gonna be ill and couchlocked like a motherfucker but more than ok with things

Mescaline, remember homer when he ate that insane chili on the simpsons?

cannabis, you're gonna giggle and get hungry.

Honestly prohibition has made drugs appealing by taking the boringness away from them.

I know I'm necroing an old thread and whatnot but I just have to say holy titty sprinkles.  I didn't even know cacti could come as yellow as you put in that post until just now.  I thought it was a freak thing with patches or stripes here and there but those are straight up yellow like a pissed off banana.  They are truly one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen so even though I'm really late to the party I just want to say thank you for sharing the pictures of them.

I don't suppose I could peer pressure you into uploading a more recent pic or two of them though? I'm keen as mustard to see how they're looking these days though if they've gone back to green just tell me they died or something because like meeting your hero I don't want the dream shattered lol

You never have to put your graft in humidity if your using parafilm. You also never have to remove the parafilm. With that being said, one slice down the side after the graft has taken off should allow the parafilm to be rolled back and easily removed. If its hard to remove your parafilm your trying too hard. You can also simply make your one slice and leave your parafilm in place. The parafilm will fall off on its own.

    Hope that helps guys.

For those that have been wondering what I've been up to... I've subjected my entire collection to freezing weather in hopes of getting a few specimens that can take nice frost, snow, etc. and come up with a very tiny limited gene pool to work with. Very devastating to say the least if I was actually concerned with specimens that lacked hardiness... which I am not. So, here's to having a very few Trichocereus and Echinopsis that made it through the freezing conditions I've exposed them to this year. And when I say a few... I can count my entire collection now on two hands. Ahh, such is life.

Using numbers to find genetics suitable for a certain life whether it be the cold, the heat, drought tolerance, etc. is always soul crushing work at first but the results are always second to none.  Good on you for going through the motions and focusing on the results and not your losses as not many could bring themselves to do so.

I can't wait to see your results a decade from now as I bet that you create something truly special :)

I also have quite a few ololiuqui seeds I'm not massively keen on that someone can have too.  They're from SAB so they're legit but they just don't do it for me so I'll never put them to use.  No pic because I only just thought about them and I'm lazy.

  17. How long did it take for your plant to get that big and start producing?  I bought a plant from a different site and it's tiny as compared to yours so I hope it didn't take too long.

FWIW I don't know when it's best to pick them but they look like this when you buy the seeds retail which might be of some help.

  18. I used to have a friend that went picking who was extremely secretive about his locations.  He tried growing but was never able to keep a sterile enough environment so it never worked out and then he turned into a right dickhead and moved away taking his knowledge of where to find them with him.  So yeah I haven't had them in over a decade but I hear that they're pretty easy to grow if you can keep the environment clean enough for them but that is infinitely easier said than done especially when you're first starting out.  I'm about to start dabbling in their cultivation myself though so I'll be looking up everything I can from pftek I think it was to mass cultivation of commercially grown edible mushrooms and everything inbetween.  You should do the same if you're going to get into them though if you need something dead simple cacti are where it's at.  Plant them or throw them on the ground, water them or not, whatever, they're gonna grow anyway :)

3:30am is insane for the traffic to start.  When the hell do those people sleep?  It sounds like it would be a living hell for them so I hope you move sooner rather than later to avoid sharing their fate of being unable to escape melbourne while not being able to afford to even live there.  They'll expand and gentrify the entire state until a 3:30am trip to work seems like the good old days.

where's the god damned proof? i dont see proof just conjecture.

is this what these simulation arseholes are calling proof?

I once consumed way too much shrooms and found myself on what I thought was the shell of the universe and it felt like my body was merely a 3d holographic representation of my energy on the inside of the universe.  Interestingly since then I've found that that a holographic sphere actually has just enough space to describe the contents within perfectly.  I can't prove anything either way just like that guy but at least I know better than to give a TED talk while talking out my arse.

  20. G'day, I'm new here too.  You really should move away from Melbourne as much as possible.  Not only is it exploding into a massive shithole that drives everyone mad the bay looks like a wonky cock with pubes on the balls and all that's trying to bang Geelong lol

    melb.thumb.jpg.54ef40f3ac7613115ec06cbf6fce7142.jpg

Seriously though you can tell from the way things have been progressing that the city is going to expand out like crazy over the next decade or two.  It honestly wouldn't surprise me if it extends all the way out to Ballarat and Colac on the west and Traralgon to Wilson's Prom on the east in the next couple of decades and at that point the whole state of Victoria is done for as a viable place to live.  I was fortunate enough to only live down that way for 6 years and saw the writing on the walls, well stupid amounts of farmland being converted into housing estates, countless skyscrapers going up over 100km out from the CBD, etc.  It was insanity on steroids and moving away from it all was the best thing I ever did for my mental well being other than shrooms.
