    foaf has opiate induced 5-6 day bowl constipation, Any helpful remedies that you can suggest which are easily available?

    Constipation fighting substances consumed today include:

    2 cups of coffee

    cigarettes

    20 dates

    DNP

    Modafinil

    foaf is feeling very bloated and sincerely wishes to not experience a fecal vomit any time soon if ever

    errr tribulus? Do you define Mojo as your sex drive or the smooth verbal interactions with the other sexthat dont come off as sleezy..

    Get on the tribulus, it does wonders. If you have a local herbal store in your area (I have one that i frequent) they should stock tribulus extract. $20 for a months supply at the herbal store compared to $90 for the tablet supplement extract is a bargin!

    So did you get it at a fruit and veg shop, or is this something that woolies and coles stock when its in season?

    well! My usual fruit and veg haunt has just been sold and is under renovation and I was horrified that coles was the only option left, I went in there, purchased my quarter watermelon, half dewmelon and saw these tiny little 1.50 expensive purple things which I threw in for good measure since I had never seen them before. What a surprise it was! Coles sells them! Expensive but so yummy. I think its off to thailand to try some fresh fruit off the branch!

    I just ate a mangosteen for the first time ever, it was so sweeeeeeet so delicious so divine that im going to go and buy more of them!!!

    hehe, the intensity of solar flares is cyclic running in 4 year periods, last year was the minimun peak, 2012 will be the next maximum where we'll see the most solar activity occuring. Dont ask me why, I dont know.

    Also how mant years old would that structure be.... Awesome!!

    It almost is! You can see the coast from the top of that volcano lip :-D

    The black layers are magma eruptions (magmatic) and the white layers are the result of water from an aquifer mixing in with the magma (Phreatomagmatic). Its ALMOST a wind blown sandstone! The wavey structure is the result of the wind eroding the white ash layers and dark pyroclastic layers at diffrent rates :-D

    Silver nano particles are very intresting not so much for plant growth but for the fact they kill a vast majority of bacteria and viruses although I suppose that would pose an intresting question in regards to plant disease

    not to mention highly lethal to humans at something ridiculous like 50ug, id be careful ionising silver and using it!
