when I was in year 7 we did a 4 week trip to Uluru, olgas, kings canyon, alice. we had an aloe plant in a pot lodged in the bulbar of the old mans 4wd, it didn't miss a beat.

this is just down the road, neighbours want it killed and they've tried in the past as you can see, im gunna cut it down to ground level with a chainsaw and then slice grooves in the stumps with the chainsaw and fill em with round up just before winter, dead trunks will go on the fire. its sausage.

youre right it doesn't end. even once I fill my 7 acres I will still want to expand, hopefully 30 years from now I will have properties all over northern vic full of cacti. once I fill my joint im gunna start buying acre blocks here and there, put up cyclone fencing around em and just plant my little heart out. god help the person that inherits my legacy, lol.

once you start trying to ID crosses with no parentage info its largely guess work, IMO. you'll never get a solid %100 answer. and even if you get a bridge x pach x peru answer, (just an example) then which pach? which bridge? which peru? its tricky business.

if the skin closes over on a spike wound I usually just bite a hole in the skin with my teeth and allow it to come out, 9 times out of 10 you will get the spine out without visiting the doc. I have though been to the doc once for a wound on the tip of my index finger, there was no spine in there but it got infected and blew up really bad, I finally popped it one saturday night about 9pm, been drinking and im a total zero alcohol driver due to 2 drink drive incidents, so I had to call my folks to come and get me and take me to the doc 80km away. MUMMY! DADDY! come and save me, felt like I was 15 again. ive still got the scars to this day on the quick of my finger,it will never heal properly
