I am not sure where the best place to buy these are. I have bought from Koerhes and the price was high with low yields. My best experience was getting fresh ones from a person I met who literally pull the berries off of the plant. I bought Euphorbia stuff from Koerhes too with little success and I think they just have a lot of stored seed which is bad for yield.

I have wasted a bunch of money again ordering Loph seeds from Koehres and am getting depressing yields. Looks like out of 100 I have something like 3 germinated seeds.
I had been given some fresh seeds straight off the plant one time and the germination rate was much much higher. Does anyone have any fresh seed?

I could not want a T. santiaguensis monstrose more! That's amazing

Pretty coarse soil, and they usually don't like a lot of sun

Looks like my letter came in. Very wicked! Thanks very much man. Cool stuff.

I tried BAP a while ago and I got zero results except for one pup that started emerging but completely stalled. It's still there. But since you guys say it works I am trying with a bit more BAP mixed in .

Does this mean I get more seeds? Or spore prints ? ?

I've ordered a bunch of Euphorbia seed before, and since it's so unique as a seed I got a good look. I bought 4-5 specific seeds and a few mixes (that's my photo up top).

Damn this was the coolest give-away I've seen, but I guess that cat one was too strong.

I did indeed. But I don't expect them even be succulent.

@sally sometimes they got rich from embezzlement in China proper. The explosion of growth there has made many legit and illegitimate millionaires. It's been said that Vancouver has been ruined by the real estate speculation from Chinese millionaires who pay huge sums for real estate.
I knew what I was getting into, since I knew how to ID the seeds and they were not much money I figured it was fine. But 0 out of 4 vendors is not very impressive. Not sure I'd order anything from there again.
One vendor who I paid 1.14$ for seeds has refused my refund and is asking me to ship the seeds back for a 50% refund. Haha, not likely.

Just ordered 4 batches of Euphorbia seed from AliExpress. Wasn't expensive so I figured I'd give it a try. All 4 orders with different vendors were counterfeit seeds (clearly not Euphorbia of any kind). Bah. Didn't risk more than a few dollars each, and wasn't expecting much but...

They were pretty overgrown (in the pot and around it). So I think they'll have a few months to recover with a bit more care.

Contacted a guy I bought a cutting from some time ago. Apparently he was doing away with his collection because he was moving. They are a bit beat up but they have a lot of character!
This is really good though, I didn't really have enough pachanoi. I didn't want to hurt the small plants that I had to take selfish cuttings.

Looks like a guy I bought my first pachanoi from a few years ago is selling what he has left. Sounds interesting and l'm leaving in a minute to take a look

Yeah tagua nut. I think it was 2$ each or something like that.

Sorry, I meant that the other cactus was pachanoi. Which I didn't show. I hope it's peruvianus.

So cool. I bought some vegetable ivory to carve, but then realized how freaking hard it was, and that I didn't have a carving device good enough to make a mark in it. I wanted to do it scrimshaw style and not with a Dremmel. then I saw how many different knives there were and how much they cost. So now I have 6$ worth of it which I wouldn't throw away but I'm not sure I'll ever get to carving it!
