Plenty of the species described have had very little modern experimentation, and you might actually be able to do some decent research on little-known species. Now that would be doing it for the team.

Actually, much of the pharmacology of common weeds is quite well understood already, because of the extensive research about consumption of these ubiquitous species by livestock.

Looks like a pink or green/white to me. I never can tell exactly which one, but it looks like the "other" broad leaf that's not the red. I reckon that a pruned plant is better because you get lot's more nice juice young shoots, and I think the yield is probably increased a bit by encouraging that new growth. So you should prune the fuck out of it, with your teeth.

Hey, I'd like to get some decent sounding but not too expensive (if there is such a thing) headphones/earphones to listen with using my phone, because the earphones that came with the phone are pretty shit (flat sounding, dull, lifeless). I know some of you are into your music, would anyone have any suggestions for OK headphones please? My max budget is about a hundred bucks, but if I can get away with less then all the better. They don't have to be amazing, but need to be noticeably better than the crap ones that came with the phone. I know nothing of these things. Maybe music style is relevant? You will never finish the job with an electric chainsaw if it's that big. No one is that patient. What's your time worth? A grand is a lot of cash but if it's a 6 foot stump, that's a hell of a lot of time chipping away at it with a pissy electric chainsaw to save a few bucks. Do you really want to give up your weekends for 2 months doing this task? You'll probably spend a grand on booze just to cope with the boredom.

How is a plant going to grow without food? If you want it to fatten up, it needs to be fed. And if it is well fed and has adequate (but not excessive) water, it shouldn't become woody. Woodyness is often a result of slow starved growth (think old neglected pot plant out the back of granny's patio that never gets any attention). A well fed plant in optimum conditions should have no need to become woody. And be careful with the shade, etiolation occurs in low light, not full sun.

Try to borrow a tripod from someone. It makes such a difference for those low light shots. A remote shutter release is really handy too.

Carpet is great for large specimens. For small ones, use rolled up newspaper as tongs/gloves.

I was surprised to see the herbalistics one go for so cheap, hopefully you can get a bit more for yours considering that these are still quite rare in cultivation. Very healthy looking plant, good luck

So you've never had a tetanus shot in your life? I guess you didn't grow up in Australia. I put piece of metal through my angle about a year ago, on a Saturday morning. I pulled it out and called the free after hours GP hotline (I suggest you do the same, just google it) and they said I had either 48 or 72 hours (can't remember) to get the shot, so I got it on Monday. Fuck sitting in triage for hours on a Saturday, been there done that lol, no thank you. However, I had a tetanus shot as a kid (I'm in my thirties now), so maybe they considered my immunity still high due to that. Call an after hours GP hotline, it's free advice and will put your mind at ease.
