FOR SMOKERS - TAKE A LOOK ON THIS!

howdy. has been a while for me here but am now settled in perth (anyone out here?) from mackay and thought i'd start posting again. i quit smoking cigarettes three years ago and am STILL chewing nicotine gum. i recommend the gum. i tried wellbutrin over ten years ago with no results whatever. i need to get off gum as it is just as bad as smokes (and way less toxic by the way). it didn't do a thing to help me not gain weight though. i honestly reckon being fat is healthier than cigarettes (and a lot easier to get a handle on). i quit smoking weed quite some time ago when i got old and developed paranoia. i'm not sure it did me any favours. i find passiflora incarnata a more friendly road to calm (for me). i'm a firm believer in medicinal marijuana and legalisation but it's not for me (anymore). ah i started cigs at 14 years old (i'm 37 and a half now) because i knew the girls smoking in the bathroom were the ones i wanted to be friends with and i couldn't just go in there and stand around with no reason...it's true they get you when you have your head up your arse. i never hear of anyone starting after 21....(no offense to you kids who still have your head up your arse). ~eNth
  4. Just picked this up at a local nursery tagged as T. scopulicolis. Is it? Thanks for the advice in advance.
  5. It sounds like Cherokee, sorta. ChsA-la-gee. It's how white folks heard it, or "translated" it.
  6. Thanks guys. Hey tripper can I embarass you in public and let you know that's not actually a Tsalagi story? I'm Tsalagi myself (what white folks call Cherokee, but Cherokee is a Jeep not a people). Appreciate the advice on the cactus, it has some tiny bits of scale down the bottom but other than that it's pretty sweet, I paid $17 and change for it.

    help wanted

From what I gather the visit won't entail anywhere that has anything worth collecting. I say head up to Humboldt county if you can, about six hours to eight hours drive north of San Francisco. Or south to the Santa Cruz mountains. Or just hang out on Haight Street where people have been known to magickally transform into mushrooms before your very eyes. ~D

Mate I lived in Loleta and Arcata in Humboldt County for three years, I can help you with directions to some awesome scenery and privacy about the place if you pm me. Lovely fields in Loleta and Fortuna areas, dairy farm town Loleta is, 500 people, Ferndale is nice too. Cheers, ~D

    Drool size peyote for sale

Howdy folks. I'm the woman who sold the Loph and it's great to hear you are not going to eat her, Jason!! She should arrive tomorrow, I sent her registered post with insurance from Mackay so keep me updated! Thanks Torsten for posting that here, I'm halfway to covering my rego. I haven't posted here before, I have a Loph the size of Jason's but a bit larger and it was wonderful reading some cultural notes. I'm not a big cacti person but do have four spp. Trichs and the one Loph left. I'm growing quite a large number of tropicals and am currently trying to increase the Brugmansia variety here in Oz with about 75 new Brugs and Datura seedlings and about that many more seeds left to plant. I'm a Brugaholic. And no, never ingested one and never will, I'm all old and stuff. Heard stories plenty. ~D
