Mine rotted at the base without watering so I cut it, let it heal and placed in propagating sand. See how it goes.

It's great to see the Aricapampa in a more grown up stage. I have some seedlings and just couldn't find anything on Google. Thankyou so much, I can now see how my babies may turn out

Fingers crossed

Sums up the bible in my eyes pretty much,, one of the longest running psychedelic publishing's to date ;-) great use of the book!

I guess germ rates may depend on the source, but I got 4 out of 5 that are still thriving. Seeds from a member here, cheers

Leaf margins and veins lead me to believe it's not a sally d.
Sally will send roots out of the stems between nodes, kinda like in your other pic, but this plant is one of those dopplegangers I think.

Cheers Sulik,, I've got the basics down I think. It's been great watching these grow. Since they've been in the bigger pots and richer soul (soil) mix ;),, the bottom leaves and stems have been less prone to go pale and drop off. It's getting very close to their introduction to the outdoors.

I have yet to see these in the wild... I read they have slowly started to migrate into WA

Yeah no worries, thanks for that info. I'll do some searches and see what I come up with.

potato ladybird?

I found this below on the Gardening Australia site.
The villain is the 28 spotted or leaf eating ladybird. They're easy to identify. Adults are up to 1cm long, a light orange colour and they have 28 spots. Both adults and larvae feed on a range of plants - cabbage, potato and bean family are preferred foods. The larvae are easy to recognise because they are yellowish creamy colour, with a frizzy outline and they feed on the undersides of the leaves.
