Used to enjoy eating octopus until I found out how smart they are.
Anyway a few months ago I was in a altered state on a small unihabited island in Moreton Bay.
I was walking out to my friends boat about 200 meters away with my friend ( also in a similar state )
About 20 meters away from us a jet of water erupted about 2 feet out of the water.
Walked out to see what had caused it and a octopus about 3 feet across was sitting there.
Just stopped and watched it fascinated by it, and it started to come towards us.
It eventually came right up to me and touched my foot but my friend was filming this on his mobile phone and he moved to get a better shot of it and frightened it off.
The next morning when we where returning home also had a couple of dolphins start hanging around the boat we where in so I took out a pilchard and offered it to them and one came and took it.
Spent about 20 minutes hand feeding one of the dolphins ( the other never came to take the fish )
Been out the a number of times and have never seen another octopus or had dolphins come up for a feed.

because i really wanted to return to that dreamworld with all those girls, which was my vision of paradise, i took another 5mg valium.Benzos are supposed to interfere with the REM ( dreaming)part of sleep.

I showed my friend the Thermarest, but I told him to get the 4$ blue mats (you know the ones) from Aussie Disposals. I reckon he should start with that, and see how he goes. No point in forking out another 60$ just now.No thermal insulation from those blue mats so can spend a very uncomfortable night in your tent trying to get to sleep.
Not sure if mentioned already but silk inners are great. I haven't found the need to use a sleeping bag in Queensalnd. Just use my silk inner which is so compact it is not funny.

When my Loph's first started flowering I was only getting one fruit for every five or six flowers.
But the following year , they where more consistent in producing fruit for every flower.
I thought then that it was the previous years fruits coming up.
But after recently seeing the pup produce fruit the first time it flowered I have just come up with a new theory.
Maybe the length of time it takes for the fruit to develop depends upon whether the flower was cross-pollinated or not.

I tended to go with thye one year thing as well until recently.
My largest Loph has a number of offsets which have flowered for the first time this year and harvested fruit from the a few weeks after they flowered.

teo that flower probably didnt get pollinated hence no fruit.

Sounds to me like two conflicting needs.
1. The need to be true to yourself.
2. Need for acceptance.
The first is by far the most important. You live with yourself 24 hrs a day.
As had been mentioned above once you are behaving according to the values of your true self then the people you will attract into your life will be true friends

Watched the movie Constantine today and the similarities between on of the characters and and entity I have expereinced where too similar to be ignored.
The entity I experienced was a black vodoo priest called "pappa joe". He seemed neutral but barely tolerant which seems to fit the character " Pappa Midmight " of the movie very well.
So I guess I am swayed towards the argument that it is all coming out of my head and that our memory is near perfect even if we don't normally have access to it.
I have only once before seen the film when it first came out.

Names to me will be the most important factor.
On the 2 occassions I have encountered any entities they have been kind enough to provide me with names when questioned.
One of these names with a simlar description would be enough to start me seriously believing in this sort of thing

id love to know your findings if possible. ive been curious myself as ive encountered a few. i often ask people about their encounters, so far ive notice about 3 re-occourances in people who didnt know each other, tho it doesnt conclusivly proove anything as there are major psychological factors involed such imprinting not just by other people, but also musical tastes, art, environment, fears and expectations.still find it rather interesting.
Of course I would put up the results here after they have collated.

Been thinking about this phenomena of encountering entities in altered states of consciousness.
It seems to me that if more then one person was able to describe similar entities and they also had the same name this might provide some evidence for this phenomena been actual.
I ask for people to send me via PM a description and name of any entities they may have encountered. I think via PM would be best as this would avoid making the information public and therefore invalidating and matches if they occur.
I guess it would also be good to know if you have previously shared this information with other members.
