Wondering if anybody here has anything to say on bitter orange or Citrus aurantium. First found out about this when I did a search on medical database about fat burning and this was supposed to be as effective as ephidrine for fat burning. Cannot say that I notice any stimulation when I take this but very definate increase in pulse rate when I go riding. When I go for a ride ( with a heart monitor ) not worrying about my speed my pulse rate is around 140. If I bust a gut trying to go fast, it averages out around 160 BPM. This is the same sort of heart rate I get if I take some tablets which have the aforementioned compound in them

ECA Stack plus are the tablets I found with the highest amount of Bitter Orange at my local pharmacy. They contain European White Willow ( now I know why that is in there )

Anything described as most nutritious sounds good to me. Whilst I have had no experience with them I know, some members here have been very interested in coumarin.

I have got 14 once. But have also got 1 seed from fruit of the same plant. Initially I made a effort to cross pollinate flowers but did not notice any extra rewards over flowers I completely left alone. I would say that it would average out to 5 seeds per fruit.

It was suggested to me by the commonwealth bank that the BSB looked like a credit union acount. I figured it was a joke because I asked "Which bank?" just like the ads. Anyway, no longer feel compelled by responsibilty but hope that planthelper is OK with going down on Sunday morning. I only have Sunday off but will allow for the possibility of taking a sickie on Monday.

Planthelper as it has been five days since I made the offer and I hadn't heard from you I assumed you where going down with gomaos. I found out at work today that the fellow who agreed to do a change of shift with me has changed his mind. which means that I don't finish work until 11pm Saturday. I was going to pike out of the camping trip as a consequence. But if you are stuck for a lift down we can go on Sunday morning

Although I haven't expressed my interest to date I am interested in the event you mentioned mesq. I second andy suggestion that it would be great to have you at the camping trip and offer a free ride down. I think it is the camping trip which has led to less enthusiasm for the recent meet at gomaos, at least in my case as I have to forgo working on the weekend ( the most lucrative time ) next week so I was very reluctanct to miss out this weekend.
