A lot of conflicting information online. A plant from South America often compared to Black Cappi. Seems to have some simularities to Black Caapi in effect but, lingering positives effects re mood up to a week longer ,potentiates Mary jane/smoked dmt, claims that increases the overall strength & duration of entheogens. Reports of increased body temperature,glowing/metalic quality to vision,MAO inhibition,effects harmala like.One claim that at 45gms no effects except for nausea ,other claim active at 50gm. Found a claim that the plant was tested and,that the leaves contained Dmt ,i dont know if that was ever confirmed We need some personal experiences to confirm the effects

Hi mate As someone who has suffered from severe depression in my 20s the only thing that got me past it was psychotherapy,both conditions often stem from childhood/dysfunctional families,if you want a permanent cure you have to dig into the root of the problem, I dont know how severe your condition is but ,you can only permanently heal them through self knowledge/awareness which is greatly helped through therapy ,it took me 6yrs to break through to a state where i was no longer controlled by my moods ,i never get depressed anymore but i do have generalised anxiety mostly at a low to medium level I strongly suggest you get a referal to a therapist first if you dont have see one currently,you can get 10 free sessions a year through a referral from your GP. Diet/exercise help if you can motivate yourself to do them can be helpful as others have mentioned,i also highly recommend you learn meditation it is extremely powerful against anxiety,you will be amazed how good it is for you I believe the plants can greatly speed up the process,as they allow you to get past your mental defenses something that can really slow/block your healing for years I also found this site helpful and ,interesting http://www.guidetopsychology.com/ucs.htm. Hi:) Could anyone please help i have 4 psychotria Nexus and ,an Alba where the leaves are no longer spread out ,but pointing down, I did overheat my greenhouse a few weeks ago but im not sure that is the cause,i dont know if its a ph level problem as i have to buy a meter,or if the issue is caused by something else. Would anyone else have any experience with this? Very much appreciated

Hi mate Humidity varies ,but the greenhouse is under a carport so it tends to be about 10-15% higher than outside,i would say it varies between 50-70% in daylight hours I left the greenhouse closed in direct sunlight about a fortnight ago accidently so temps may have got close to 50%,so im thinking maybe this is a delayed reaction to damage,but im not sure,all 5 plants have the same issue.

Hi I have been getting these brownish spot blotches on the undersides of my Psychotria plant,last time i removed all the infected leaves to stop the spread,and that seemed to work,but it has returned this year,i suspect it was my over misting in my greenhouse that may have caused it Would soapy water/oil/bicarb soda combo work? Much appreciated
