  1. I think the straw has finally broken the camels back. I haven't been able to sleep properly for so long now and I simply can't afford melatonin here in AUS considering the price difference between AU & US. I want to import some melatonin powder but am unsure of it's legal status here in oz. Should I take the chance to import or just be happy with 1-2 hours of sleep every night?

  2. Has anyone here had any experiences with the stone Moldavite? The reason I ask is because there are two variations, One being plain Moldavite and the other, more expensive version being called Besednice Moldavite.

I have heard of some amazing stories asociated with this 15 million year old crystal that fell from the sky and it has also been referred to as being linked to both The Holy Grail & The Philosophers Stone.

I have been told mixed things like "Besednice Moldavite is the one to get" and others have told me to find the "angel chime" while others tell me that "Moldavite is Moldavite", and its up to the crystal whether or not it accepts it owner.

Anyone with any experience on this amazing gem, Please feel free to share!!Besed153AA.jpg

  3. I truly would love to know how Herbalistics are able to grow, sell, propagate, ect the above listed species legally on a commercial level.

I think that having Herbalistics in QLD is a good thing for me legally because as long as they keep selling these species in QLD I know that I am safe legally also. :innocent_n:

  4. Just wondering what the legal status currently is, in regard to growing certain species of plants for ornamental purposes. ie. cactii, bonsai, ect

Some of those living rock plants are amazing!! Will be investing in some of them very soon!!

  5. Hi Guys, I just bought an acreage in QLD on vendor finance and the terms are as follows: total price of the land is $39,000 with a deposit of $6000. I have just paid a part deposit of $1000 and am paying off the deposit at $260 per fortnight which will take around six months to pay off. After that I am simply making repayments of $100p/w until the balance is paid in full. I am on Centrelink so I don't have a great deal of cash especially with the extra sixty dollars per fortnight while paying the deposit off so my question is this:

Can I put my caravan on the land and live there while I'm paying off the deposit or do I have to wait until the deposit is paid in full? I just don't see the purpose of paying rent in Brisbane while paying off a block of land at the same time. It would leave me financially stuffed.

If I were to move, it would allow me an extra $200 per fortnight to help pay off the finance faster but I don't want to get in trouble with anyone by doing this.

Any help here is much appreciated as I'm not 100% sure on the laws of putting a caravan onto land while paying off. The region is the north Burnett council, QLD.
