Hagakure Posted July 26, 2005 GM foods can remove the need for pesticides (ignore the bait people :D ) do americans have higher levels than other countries or is that a standard figure across the first world?
devance Posted July 27, 2005 The mercury I got was from tooth fillings that use mercury amalgam. GM foods are another potential problem. But I think cell phone electromagnetic emission is something to be seriously considered. A friend of mine developed a brain tumor in the midbrain region from the constant business use of a very eary high powered model of cell phone I think. Now days cell phones are more low powered, unless inside a metal structure like a car, but it still something to look at.
goodoldwalt Posted July 30, 2005 Oh, yes. I happen to live in the state with a) the highest obesity rate, and the lowest average sperm count. Both of these have been linked with pesticides in the body. Phthalates, if I recall correctly, are the major player.
contemplative Posted August 2, 2005 Do you think the obesity is possibly linked to eating more energy than they burn also?
