Storm damage

Hey, thought I would share some pics of the storm that went through here last week, Sucks I lost some great plants and cacti but I feel lucky as it could have been much worse, anyhow here is some pics

Yeh that is a good way of putting it carnage, i was so thankful that not everything was destroyed in the greenhouse and hothouse, if i had placed them perpendicular to where they are now the damage of life would have been near total, a little under half of the plants within where destroyed and for the ones that weren't destroyed i am thankful, if only i had my short spined terscheckii on the right hand side of the hothouse lol, i have been thinking about making cuttings of that for months now but to late now, it is complete mush, was also a bit saddened to see some of my largest seed grown cacti get smooshed, most of my rarest and most valuable cacti where placed in there under the illusion of safety lol

Never mind, in the big picture it is nothing to be worried about : )

this gives me second thoughts about pushing the "like" button. In this case i'm considering it as a "i feel your pain brother" button...

good thing no one was hurt , thats a fair bit of timber to be downed feeling for your loss as well.
