    Plants for toothaches ?

Did this recently, very happy with the results. Use a good quality crystal salt. Also found that a little nitrous was a huge help : ) Prevention is better than cure. The pain is there to help you. Heed the warnings of your body and make the right changes in lifestyle to remove the cause instead of clouding the symptoms. Otherwise, be prepared to suffer the consequences and the dental bills. Searching on google will yield far greater info in far less time for a topic such as this btw.

Why, Why, Why? What for? what law?

Why, Why, Why? What for? what law?

Ah, just stumbled upon this, it's exactly the line of thought i was on for this topic and will open up more research and ponderings for me and anyone else interested It's called infinite regression, and the argument could also be tied in with 'begging the question' i believe. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regress_argument Nice to find an interesting thought from William James off the same page too: Cheers peoples : )

Definitely not salvia divinorum! Sorry, couldn't help myself : ) Anyone know if there is any slight chance that one may happen upon divinorum in a random old ladies front garden in melbourne area? Or just wishful thinking?

Pretty common practice and definitely nothing to kick up a fuss over, more the opposite. He didn't find anything to bust you for : cop = 0 you = 1 If you know your motors not worked off it's head and the car is roady and not hot etc. then you should be more than happy to let him waste is time. Also, if he didn't even search you personally, or the passenger area of the car or the boot then you got treated very well. Cops are free to search any part of the car without a warrant. I have lived in my car many times and hence it became my home and so technically they should have not been able to search it, but they never listened. They never found anything either, instead just wasted heaps of my time and messed up my things and then tried to accuse me of theft and saying that i had stolen all the items in the car and that they were not my belongings. I couldn't proove myself innocent with bloody receipts for it all and actually ended up getting charged for it once. Guilty until innocent, seems to be the way, but it all depends on who you deal with and how, the situation at the time etc.

Yeh cool. Thanks heaps for posting man. So they dropped your case yeh? Your letters seemed just a little informal but a good job no less and effective so that's the main thing. I dislike those reality cop shows. The US - 'Cops' can be funny sometimes, but they are mostly just sad and disgusting to watch the way police treat people. As for your thought above, they first tell you that you're under arrest which briefly means - and so that kind of automatically implies that you are in custody and not free to go. The rest is the Miranda warning - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miranda_warning which is informing you of your right to silence, and that anything you say may and/or will be used against you in court, and your right to a legal representative, which if you cannot afford - one will be provided to you. Not sure if the 'doing' part is even meant to be in there at all. EDIT- checked and according to WIKI it's current standard in NSW at least. Even so, in the context it would only mean that; while you are "under arrest" and in their custody, you don't have to do anything but if you do they will use it against you in court. Any attempt to leave and so not be in custody any more would just mean that you were "resisting arrest" and not only can they bring that up against you in court and charge you for it, but that also apparently allows them to use "reasonable" force to apprehend you again. Our right to silence in Aus is apparently derived from common law. Of more interest to me is the question that they always have to ask - "Do you understand?" I guess that it wouldn't really change a thing if you said that you did not understand, except that if you truly did not and then waived your rights to silence and admitted information that they used against you, that information would perhaps not be valid evidence in a court of law. Years ago i was in a bad way and had 2 cops hassling me to move my car from a carpark. I was flat broke, the car had broken down and i was on the streets and living in my car. They gave me shit for a while and we argued about this and that, and eventually one of the cops said to me: "Mate, this is public property and you have to move off it and make it available to the public." or something along those lines. I said - "OK then. If this is public property, and i am a member of the public, then why don't you leave me the fuck alone and get off of my property?" They hassled more but eventually went away and left me alone, i guess because i had not broken any laws and couldn't be arrested or charged with anything. Cops hassled me a lot around that time, and i was quite angry at the world and looking back am in a way surprised by the amount of things i said to them that probably only served to piss them off, but in another way; because of my situation (homeless, jobless, no income etc.) i didn't really have much more left to lose and could not give a fuck anymore. Those days are long past now though, and thankfully it's extremely rare that i ever get hassled or stopped by police now days. I have also spent years working on fixing my negative views of police officers (and myself of course) and now just see them as ordinary people that are just doing a job and believe that what they are doing is right, either for others or for themselves. I still find them to be mostly useless still though, apart from being exceptional at raising revenue from others and invoking fear in those others. One thing i noticed was that it seemed to bug them when they saw that i did not fear them or have any respect for their assumed authority. Anyways, getting on a rant again, woops.

Yeh cheers man. I saw some of your posts in the freeman thread so will discuss such things there. Was going to comment on your letters the other night but my internuts dropped out. And yeh, definitely only magistrates court matters.

Why, Why, Why? What for? what law?

Yeh, true enough. The conventional defense is attack - fighting fire with fire, one law with another. My thinking was just to throw a bucket of water on the whole thing. I do think it would certainly be wise to actually take the process through with actual examples and all of the real world answers that one might encounter. For instance, if it is the unquestionable duty as an Aus citizen to obey statute laws, then it would be helpful perhaps to know the full story of what it actually means to be an "Aus citizen", and if there's any truth to the post in the other thread (and other sites) about the entire legal system being an illegal fraud itself, and it being impossible to even be a citizen sworn to a false nation etc etc. Still, the point was sort of to avoid getting entangled in the whole web of this law and that. It was to cut right to the chase. Your point is duly noted though, and perhaps a better path, instead of blindly asking questions and seeing where they lead, would be to simply state every single question and answer in order and arrive at the finish line. I guess also, to know in advance any counter attacks or curveballs that could be thrown in by the prosecution in order to confuse or whatever. I read that Wilson bloke's transcript from the Paramatta Courts with great amusement and interest. He has been in the courts for 10 years apparently with no success and only corrupt officials, so this time he questions the jurisdiction of the court, first and foremost, claiming that it has no authority and demanding a fair trial by a special and impartial jury, which is supposed to be our right. When the magistrate asked what proof he had to submit to the court, he said that there was no court, that he need not submit anything and that the magistrate cannot judge in their own case, that once the jury was empanelled then they could go through it all and it would be for them to decide, not her. He arrived by special appearance and made clear that in no way did he consent to the court or it's jurisdiction. In the end, he just walked out and the judge made a plea of guilty to all charges on his behalf (in his absence) and a ruling upholding all charges (concerning tax returns) against him. The judge noted on the record that something like this would turn the whole court system on it's head, and according to Wilson she acted totally illegally and had no right or authority or jurisdiction to do anything, but she ignored all that and did what she knew best anyways. Maybe he should have only written letters and not appeared at all, but they probably still would of ruled in his absence? Doesn't inspire much confidence. If you play by the 'rules' you just admit jurisdiction and quite possibly get fucked. If you contest jurisdiction you get ignored and get fucked.

IMO just increase awareness and confirm information. Test it out and find out what works. Repeat. Be careful. Know your shit. Write letters and try to avoid going to court at all costs. As it says. They have guns. Have have hired goons, armed enforcing officers whos salaries are paid by - us. They have prisons. They are (seemingly) not accountable; if they don't play by their own rules, who are you going to complain to? We mostly have a lot to lose. Families, houses, jobs. I know of one 'freeman' type website that was shut down recently by it's operator. He was too scared for the safety of his family, and it followed after the apparent brutal murder of two freedom supporters by armed forces in the states, in broad daylight and which was covered up with lies by the controlled mainstream media, according to reports on the love for life website. Alternatively, just ignore it and go on as if everything is normal, don't break any laws.
  14. Yeh, it's amazingly kind of him and i would sure love to do it too. He is self imployed and his business has been doing quite well recently. The offer was a while ago now though, so not sure if it still stands as a few things have changed since then, but i am catching up with him soonish and will perhaps mention the CD idea because that is something that he could use too. TBH, i have a generally low self esteem and do not consider myself worthy of such things. Seems silly, but that's the truth. Working on that, slowly does it. Yeh i have had both 'Journeys Out of the Body' and 'Far Journeys' sitting on my shelf for years, read them many times. Also borrowed a new book recently by a guy who did the courses and actually met Monroe a few times before he passed over. Thanks heaps for the link : ) I like this comment: I am familiar with Advaita. Fair bit of text on that page but seems to be dealing with the same topic hey, will read through it all but looking at the comments it seems like people will always hold onto their own views without general consensus, which is fair enough. Personally, i feel that the Advaita type view/path is the only one for me, in terms of overall big picture outlook. I get what you're saying about it being boring or whatever, but i personally don't believe that i could handle it if i knew that the 'evil beings' i have encountered were really external from my self and not some kind of projections. I think i would just flip my fucking lid big time. On the other hand, if it turns out to be true that the fearful appearances feed and get stronger on fear while being repulsed by love, and the loving ones vice versa... Then in that case, it trumps the 'reality' card. Whether they were viewed as actually external or not, if they can be overcome and cannot truly hurt us as such, then all is surely well. Although, having said that, the way to overcome fearful beings seems to be recognising them as aspects of ourselves and dissolving them with love. Can't really maintain a divided viewpoint and do that at the same time.

    Where to begin?

Yeh, i am not an expert, but that sounds a lot like bipolar. wiki - bipolar Sounds harsh dude. Seems like you've been active and tried many things to help yourself, including self medication. If you do not yet practice meditation regularly, that is the final thing i would recommend for you. I can understand you not wanting to get on 'hardcore' meds, and definitely think that you should exhaust all other avenues first. I don't know what the side effects of mood stabilizers are, but it might be worth a go to see how it effects you personally because i think most meds have a whole list of possible things but everyone tends to experience something different. That's a pretty normal thing for anyone man. Some people take longer to find direction in life than others, and people can change directions many times. Don't fall into a victim trap and decide that there is no hope. There is no need to put so much pressure on yourself either dude. It's good to have a kick in the arse every now and then to help you get your shit into gear, and you seem to be at a point where you give yourself a good kicking. Ideally, you "should" have some kind of order to things in your life situation by now, but don't fool yourself into thinking that this is an ideal world, or that you have had an ideal life and therefore "should" be sorted. Far as i see it, your priority is to get yourself levelled out enough to have some kind of solid foundation inside of you. You have obviously been searching for it and i wish you all the best with finding the answer to sorting out your body, heart, mind, soul and spirit, and having the confidence in yourself to do what you want and get where you want to be. So time has not been wasted up until now, you have been doing the only sensible thing AFAIK. The fact that you really want to change means that you are a lot closer than you think IMO. Yeh, sorry for being a bit lazy before. Here's a linky for ya (and anyone else, highly recommended reading and practice) - The Psychedelic Experience (free online version) My experience is limited, but when i tried it out for myself, the effect was so powerful that although i planned to repeat it one day and try to do better, i have not felt a great need or urgency to do so. It's basically a practical guide to tripping and meditation. Get yourself as familiar as possible with the text, then take a medium to high dose of either LSD or shrooms and do your best to remember the text and attempt to utilize the teaching, which is basically to attain and hold the state of the 'clear light' for as long as possible, or however long you feel comfortable with. A trusted 'trip sitter' is advised incase you forget the instructions or you get lost. Shrooms are recommended over LSD, and i used shrooms for my attempt (very very high dose, probably a bit too much) and in general i much prefer them. They are somewhat bouncy, a lot smoother, softer and kinder than acid IMO which can at times be very harsh and too stuck 'in your own head'. For the purpose of the guide though, they will each of of equal help as a tool for the practice, i believe. The end result of the guide, if used correctly and successfully, is pretty much a state that you might find yourself in after having practiced meditation for say 10 years or so, as well as being similar to dying, only you get to be reborn soon after. My own experience basically ended in what AFAIK was the 'clear light'. Not only was it amazing to play with, but the feelings it left me with were very much appreciated. Those feelings were - absolute wholeness, completeness, awareness, peace, and rest. True rest like i have never known. It was like i got to die and take a real break from my life and all concerns and truly rest and recharge. Only of course, i got to come back safe and sound afterwards. By the end, i just had tears of pure joy and gratitude pouring down my face. Don't want to make it sound all roses. The first part of my experience was somewhat of a nightmare, and while it was mostly my own fault for not fully reading the text which gives instructions on how to avoid getting stuck there, it is a risk none the less. Can't hurt to have a read over it anyway, but for gods sake don't be hasty and stupid like me and start tripping total balls before having finished reading the instructions. This is what you were first asking about, and you just might be ready for it and it might be of lasting benefit.. Entirely your call though of course. I realise that some of this might sound a bit 'escapist' or whatever, but to me it's more a matter of rememberance and recognition. That's my 2 cents : )
