  1. Thought some of you guys might be interested in this

I remember reading about this a few years ago when it was in it's infancy, looks like it may be hitting the shelves in the next few years.

As someone who's pretty sensitive to alcohol, particularly the negative side effects, I'd love to give this stuff a try

  2. I was cleaning up and noticed that a plant I thought had died had sprouted again, however the label has faded in the sun and is now unreadable

I believe it may be an old Calea Zacatechichi plant that I moved when it died last year (or so I thought)

    What do you guys think?

  3. I did some research on this myself a few years ago but wasn't able to find a lot..

    I did find this paper from 2012, but it's pay-walled and I couldn't find a free version

We may not have been directly impacted, but secondary effects (climate change, sea level rise, etc) would have almost certainly affected us IMO

Squidgy can i bug you with some questions too... mine will be more about the business side, rather then the grow.

Go for it mate, always happy to help

  5. As long as you read the steps carefully and follow them closely you'll be fine man.

A single print will last a very long time and goes a long way. It contains billions of spores and it only requires two for successful germination. No need to use an entire print for a single grow.

Feel free to PM me with any questions!

  6. Experience is the best teacher.

I'd suggest browsing the Shroomery and finding a simple tek (I always suggest Franks 12 step tek for beginners)

The best way to learn is to just jump in and have a go, if you follow the steps outlined in the tek you can't really go wrong.

This will help you learn the basics of mushroom cultivation that can be applied to growing just about any species.

I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have along the way (I run a small business growing and selling gourmet and medicinal mushrooms)

  7. I loved the free trade thread, would love to see it come back. A high end trade thread would be sweet too.

Is it possible for the creator of a thread to be given mod rights to straight up delete off topic or irrelevant posts? and banning those that don't comply sounds like a good move

It’s definitely an interesting plant when used as an adoptogen. Hopefully someone can help. All the best finding it.

I had great results when I tried it, very noticeable effects, easily distinguishable from placebo which is very rare for me
