Counted 10 posts above, so if there's no spots left that's cool, otherwise I'd love to get in on this.

What's the running total right now? I'm considering auctioning some plants in the USA to help raise funds and would like to have an idea of how much money to raise, and in turn, how many cuttings to make.
Thank ya,
Hcc

There once was a man for Damascus
Who grew a TBM with great practice
His wife said to him
with a chuckle and grin,
"Now if only you could satisfy me like the looks of that cactus"
$40
(just the trich seeds, can't import L.w. seeds to the USA)

Paid as well
Thanks MasterB. This was a great idea.
One thing I noticed is that the fundraising bar resets every time someone donates. It would be cool to see how close we are to the $3000 goal.

Howdy,
I'm looking for the Donations Goal Bar and can't seem to find it.
Could someone direct me to it?
Thanks,

well that's one issue , here's the other :-
am I playing with the wrong fire in trying to mix blood getting sts members to come join us here and encouraging sabbers who arent already on sts to come join us there?

We're already here ;)
Sorry you had a bad experience STS. I don't really understand the details of what happened so I won't comment on that.
If you'd like to discuss the situation in PM, please message me. I'll reply when I can.

It's not from a botanical garden. It's from a place that sells to a seller who sells to the local botanical garden In other words, it's a private collection, not mine but I help out there.
That's cool the fruits are edible!

Hi Sagi,
I don't know much about this crest. I would assume it's the "elite" form but there wasn't any information about the plant at the nursery.
Yeah, I don't know about the gigantic form either. I'm second guessing whether it's truly a form or if some seed grown M. geometrizans are just bigger than others.
The only other form I've seen but I don't know much about it being legitimate, is a form with large areoles and fairly small spines. I'm drawing a blank on the Latin that describes the mutation at the moment.
I'll take some photos of such a plant in the coming weeks.

Just out of curiosity, what was Nitrogen's #5 this year?
I can't seem to find anything that mentions what it was.
Thanks!

I also dont buy it there's a gigantic form.. I have grown myrti from small nursery seedlings and they go very fat if you paper them, put them in direct sun and give am a nice sized pot
LOL, ok, you don't have to believe it, though I suspect you just dont have them in your part of the world. I'll believe my own eyes and the words of the fella that's been growing em for 30+ years ;) All of the plants I'm talking about are in full sun and in the ground. There's quite obviously a huge difference in size.
