Little known fact is all the koala's in SA were imported from the eastern states back around the 1930s I believe due to fears of their extinction in their native habitat due to exploitation for pelts. They have the potential to become a problem is the Hills as they have on Kangaroo Island (but more unlikely)... but they sure are cute and I also enjoying seeing them around. I was laying in my tent when one came running straight into my guy rope, scared the sh#t out of me. Got some wicked photos of him hanging above my tent though.
