Archives are back on-line & forum upgrade

We took the archives off line for a few weeks at someone's request, so if your searches resulted in minimal results, then now you know why. Archives are back on line now. Will need a couple of weeks to catch up with archiving all the stuff that has accumulated in the meantime....

On another note, once everything is up to date and backed up again we will be upgrading the forum software. I presume this will cause some problems with forum access for a day or two, but it will be worth it. Archives and posts will not be affected.

To prepare for the upgrade it is a good idea to update your profile NOW. Most importantly make sure the e-mail address is current (a requirement of these forums). Anyone who doesn't have their e-mail addy current may miss out in the upgrade and will have to re-apply.
