Can I add picture to a posting?? how??

You need to have the picture online somewhere. Then you insert the address with [ img ] [ /img ] tags around it (WITHOUT THE SPACES) so it looks like this:

[ img ] http://www.shaman-australis.com/ubb/icons/icon2.gif [ /img ]
