Honeychurch

Recommended Posts

An eBay seller is promoting the name of cactus collector "Victor Honeychurch" - maybe from Riverlands - (SA?) - as a source of historic Trichocereus peruvianus varieties. I bought a cutting of "Victor 4" (of 6 or so different ones).

I'd heard of Fields and Dawson collections, but Honeychurch? Anyone here have any info?

Apparently the South Australian Cactus and Succulent Society planted a garden in his honour or obtained a lot of his plants And then planted a garden in his honour….something like that.
I’ve got a Victor 4 in the garden. Looks like a nice, classic peruvianus. It’s been in the ground since feb or march, should grow well this season
