Gimli
Starting a thread for people to post photos of acuminata grown from my seed. Surely must be a lot of small trees out there by now I'll start off with this specimen, germinated 01/2018 and planted 25/3/18 and now a lovely 3.3m tall Love to see what others have grown 2

Strontium Dawg
Here's my lot sown (years later) in December 2019. They really need to be planted out desperately, but I have no room. So I'll be guerilla planting them in the next couple of weeks. Second pic shows the narrow phyllodes variant.

Dumb Lions
Sowed these broad phyllode 02/19. First time growing natives so I am pretty stoked with the results. Have given a heap away, sold a few and planted some around melbourne. Still have about 175 which will be going in the ground at the end of winter (into the rolling hills pictured)
cookerburra
Planted my seed on the 31/1/19. I planted upwards of 15 but only 2 have survived so far (largely due to my ignorance). On the 7/2/19 I noticed my activity with some cotyledons appearing On the 21/3/19 I snapped this photo showing the Acacias first leaves. I always find the divided nature of them to be quite pretty. Unfortunately, this is the last update photo I have apart from todays snaps My grow has been hindered throughout by plants slowly dying, both from finding the right location sun wise and also for some unknown reason (nothing I've done has fixed it) the phyllode tips keep slowly turning brown and dying off as seen in the next pictures Another problem I have encountered is one of my surviving plants growing completely on its side. Before steaking it up today it was literally laying in the dirt. Apart from that though things are going well. Starting to see the first signs of secondary branching. Im looking forward to a more successful season this time round now I know what im doing! (had a bit of trouble uploading images to the site. Excuse the link mess) Edited June 9, 2020 by cookerburra
