I've never grown lophs so I don't really know for sure. But I'd say that's probably a bacteria. And you could try a frw different things to address it. Maybe water it less for a stat And make sure it's not in a dank environment.  Also try this product called cal-mag. I think it can be helpful for this kinda thing, but.wait untill someone else confirms this.

Not 100% sure but it looks like erwinia soft rot. peeps call it the orange rot that kills lophs. Whatever the pathogen name this is very contagious.
