0 Halcyon Daze
They are all different types of Cereus which have yummy fruit. Is that all you got so far? I could certainly send you a cut and some seeds to play with. Edited January 15, 2019 by Halcyon Daze

0 Omen
As in trichocereus?
0 bardo
Nah trichocereus and cereus are different, if ya look at pictures of the two you will see the difference, mainly in the ribs, cereus has slender deep ribs and tricho has fat broad ribs. But a good plant none the less as HD said they have yummy fruit, similar to dragon fruit and they make pretty good grafting stock : ) Edited January 16, 2019 by bardo spelling
0 Omen
Wow I have much to learn, very interesting stuff. I need something decent to graft onto my cereus
0 bardo
For grafting I would prob cut the larger cereus plants about 15cm from the ground, let the cutting callus and plant as a drought hardy fruit tree and wait for the stump to sprout some smaller tips and when approx. 15cm + snip them off to root up as grafting stock
0 bardo
Oh and its good to have some different varieties of cereus as I believe this will likely produce a better fruit set .

0 bardo
when I was quite young and somewhat ignorant, in my anxious excitement I had discovered what I thought to be a tricho, i ended up using 1 foot of cereus instead lol Yummy Makes me laugh and shudder to think back to that time lol
0 MountainGoat
Cereus requires pollination (and fruit) from a 2nd cereus, not a clone but a different plant. This could be 2 from the same seed batch...
