The LER I got from Mallacht is WAY fatter than the three I got directly from L.E.R. back in the 90's.  The spines seem smaller too, but that is going from memory.  They might have been selling cuttings from several seed-grown or separately selected clones.  I wouldn't have purchased them at all but they put a "sale" flyer in with some seeds I had purchased.
