Change Posted May 27, 2016 Hey peps Im after some help IDing these 2 plants I was given from a very generous gardener that hangs out here from time to time. Anyways, one of these is ss01 x ss02 and the other is ss?? x bridgesii, I lost track of whats, what a few years back but im hoping a few members here might be growing similar crosses and can help. zed240 Posted May 27, 2016 I reckon your #2 is the SS01 X SS02. Here's a couple of year old pic of one of my SS01 X SS02. Mine came from a west Oz grower who isn't on SAB these days. SS01 being a peru seems to have given both yours and mine pretty long centrals and heavier spination than your first one. I reckon your first would be SS02 X bridge, which basically makes it a pure bridgesii. (IMHO of course) 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
2XB Posted May 27, 2016 I haVE A COUPLE SSO1XSS02 that are similar to pix#1, I guess with many 10's of thousands of ss01xss02 seed there would be lots of variability going around, however as zed said the second pic looks like it has peru in it so unless the other cross was ss01x bridgesii (which I have sown at some stage..pretty sure anyway) it would be likely that the second pic is the ss01xss02 That cactus in the second pic is fucking beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
